Fast forward to October 2015 when we needed to have our central A/C unit in our attic serviced. Unbelievable as it may seem this was the first time since On The Spot replaced our roof three years ago that we had been in the attic. When we did we noticed that the entire attic floor was covered with roofing paper, wood slats, nails, bits of shingle, etc. I phoned On The Spot and the founder Mike DeMarco called me back within minutes. I told him what the issue was and he had a guy at our house that afternoon. He spent a few hours, was covered in dust and dirt, and took out four huge bags of debris. Needless to say we are more than thrilled that after three years On The Spot resolved the issue immediately and provided the most outstanding customer service in doing so. No doubt the next time we need work done On The Spot is who we will call first.
