He came by and told me that I needed a whole new system, a new fan system, new plumbing and duct work, and he quoted $5500 for the work. He sounded reasonable but it also seemed like he wanted to scare me a little bit. I called another company and they came in and took a look and found that there was one little piece, a capacitor, that needed to be replaced, and which would cost me $24 a piece. I had to give A-Absolute a $1000 deposit and they were going to come the next day. They had ordered all the parts and that was why the deposit was necessary. I went to the bank and made a stop payment on the deposit, and I kept putting off the service. My husband spoke to them and told them that we weren?t happy, and that we had another air conditioning guy come in. He told them what it did cost us, and that it worked fine. I?ve not heard from them since. In my mind, what they did was fraudulent. They were good initially but then I got the feeling that they were not exactly on the up and up.

I would not use them again. Originally I was quoted $5000, but by the time it was completed they charged my $8000. They did a terrible job with the sewer, they had to come back 3 different times, and finally I had to call a new plumber.

They gave me an estimate before they did the actual work. They did a good job. They were punctual. They got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They were very clean.

I called & they had someone out in approximately 1 hour. They weren't super cheap(& also not way over priced either) but got the work done quickly & effectively.

He started to snake my kitchen sink when other companies had had the courtesy to start downstairs. A black substance started oozing all over my kitchen. He seemed to be more worried about getting his dungarees dirty than doing the job right. He also chipped my sink and only took off $25. Then they sent someone else (Alfredo) and I was very happy with the work that he did. He chipped away some calcium in my toilet to make it work better.

Showed up immediately to perform work. When a hole appeared in street where they had paved they took 1 1/2 weeks to look at it. Did not fix it when we advised that water was entering house from hole in street. Did not fix when report of heavy rain was predicted. We had to run pumps to keep our house from flooding for 2 days. We were up every hour checking water levels. They promised to show up to help pump but did show. We called over 15 times. We had to call county and town inspectors to get them to come back to fix the hole. We had to hire a Civil Engineer to help us. The owner or manager of the plumbing company was verbally abusive when the Engineer gave his opinion as to what should be done to fix the problem. This company knows how to "play the game". We just wanted to get our pipe fixed. It turned out to be a absolute nightmare.

THEY ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY. THIS WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS CAME ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY EVEN CAME ON THANKSGIVING DAY BECAUSE IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR FOR COMING ON THANKSGIVING.
