We had a great experience with Bryan. He responded promptly and provided a detailed quote, including the list of items which we had to procure, for a good comparison on different quotes. He also helped review the items we planning to buy and gave feedback. There were a few bumps which came up along the way, but he walked us through the different options and was very fair on the price, as we had budget constraints. The work was done very quickly and with great detail. We would definitely use his services again.

Bryan's Handyman Service worked on one large project (install vinyl plank flooring) and several smaller projects (drywall patching and plumbing). I'm very satisfied with the work and would definitely hire Bryan and his team again to do work around my home. We stayed in touch throughout the projects via phone, text, email and Bryan was very accommodating with changes and unexpected situations (i.e. repair to subfloor after carpet was removed before installation of vinyl planks) I received three estimates for the job and Bryan's price were fair and competitive for the work performed.

Bryan's team (specifically, Javier and Ruben) did a phenomenal job installing an interior double french door and painting it with several coats of paint, performing several electrical jobs including installation of a chandelier, and replacing a kitchen faucet. Throughout the time, they were personable yet professional. I'm was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of their work considering how many different skills and areas of expertise were needed to complete all of the work. I wouldn't think twice before calling them again.

Brian and his crew were really easy to deal with and did an excellent job on the work we had done. This was the second time we have used his company and we couldn't be happier. The first time, he did a smaller job for us on our deck (they installed braces under the deck in the middle of the summer heat), which worked out perfectly and was done in a timely manner. For the second job, his crew installed all of the millwork in two large rooms of our house. They gave us a fair quote for the work, completed all of the work in only three days (and we asked for a lot of accent walls and trim to be installed that was very custom for our space), and Brian's crew was very professional and skilled. They managed to fix several of the problems that were created by the construction crew that redid our kitchen. Overall, we are happy to have found them because we will call them for all of the future jobs we want done.

Great. Called for emergency disconnect for washer dryer and refrigerator. They were out an hour later. Quick, easy and professional.

Bryan's team did a great job! His foreman George was knowledgeable and personable, as were the three assistants that came with him. They were tenacious enough to complete the whole job in about 8 hours. The pricing was fair and we are very pleased with their work. I would not hesitate to hire them again - and may do so for other things around the house. I highly recommend their work!

Summary: Bryan did an excellent job building a metal roof over an existing concrete slab in my backyard. I am very happy with the work that he did. In fact I have received compliments from three different neighbors, including one that I had never met before but saw the work being done from the street and wanted to take a look because he wanted to do something similar with his home. I have already recommended him to a friend, who decided to go with Bryan for a project. And I would hire Bryan again for future work. More Detailed Review: I have an existing concrete slab in my backyard that I wanted to build a roof over. Bryan was one of four contractors I interviewed for the project. I decided to go with Bryan because I liked that he was very straight forward and I felt his quote was fair and reasonable. My township requires that either the homeowner submit drawings for the project or that an architect be hired. I am not an engineer and I have never worked construction before. Although all of the contractors recommended that I submit my own drawings because it was a straightforward project and I could save myself several hundred dollars, Bryan was the only one that offered to help me with them, which he did. And this was before I even agreed to hire him. As a new homeowner and somebody who has heard one too many stories of home improvement projects gone wrong, I appreciated the fact that Bryan was very patient and always answered any questions or concerns that I had. In addition, I was always able to get a hold of him by phone or email. And once work had begun, he checked in with me at different stages of the project to make sure that I was satisfied with the progress so far. The start date was delayed a couple of times because of all the bad weather that we had. However, Bryan was very good about keeping me informed during this time and I was always able to get a hold of him when I wanted an update on things. When the project did begin, I was very pleased with how smoothly the work progressed and how everything was completed in a timely fashion. The footings were dug and inspected within a couple of days. Once the footings passed inspection, the frame was put up several days later. After the framing passed inspection, the roof was built and the trim was quickly put up. It is clear that when you hire Bryan to do a job, your project is his priority until it is completed. And I was pleased with how his crew kept the work area clean and professional every day after the day was done. As I mentioned, two of my immediate neighbors saw the work that had been done and were very complimentary of it. This includes my neighbor who has personally done a lot of home renovations on his own house. I also had a neighbor from the next street over stop by and ask to take a look at the work (at this time only the frame had been built) because he wanted to do something similar in his backyard. He was also very impressed with the quality of the work. I am very happy with the work that Bryan did and how professional and reliable he was during the whole process. And I highly recommend him.

Excellent - FAST response! Bryan was a stress reliever. I had called two big roofing companies only to be told I must wait 2-3 weeks just for an estimate. I called Bryan in the morning, he assured me that he would take care of it, and he had someone out to the house the same afternoon. Good work ethic!

Had an old deck in my backyard which was several decades old and while it still looked good had clearly become dangerous due to extensive rotting of most of the deck posts as well as some steps. Bryan came over and discussed all the options to deal with the issues I identified and sent a team of three workers over a couple of weeks later to complete the renovation. Replaced all the rotted decking with new cedar but during their work also discovered other issues with the deck structure I had not noticed. This caused the crew to have to put in an extra day of work and also added somewhat to the project's total cost. Was disappointed about the overage in the project cost but Bryan and the crew showed me where other parts of the decking clearly were deteriorated and needed to be replaced to insure both the stability and safety of the project. All in all am completed happy with the way everything worked out and the quality of the workmanship and carpentry skills evident in the finished project.
