Worst experience of my life, I feel like I just drove 2 uninsured Tesla's off a cliff. I moved in August of 2016. It is now December 2017 and I am still waiting for them to come and finish the job. They actually started February 2016 with the wiring. Of what has been done it is glitch after glitch. I could have done better spending hundreds at Best Buy, not $140,000. I was convinced this was top of the line, but I lost count how many times C.A.V.E. said this is the first time we've seen this. They tried to say I couldn't be having the glitches till they would finally show up (after months when promised weeks) and have trouble resolving the issues. Save your money, the programming is an ongoing cost, and trust me, it is done poorly so you will need contant programming help, not that it will ever actually work right. I was sold top of the line automation like I had never seen and I wish I never saw it, I could have done so much with the insane costs that were run up on a system that constantly has issues and bugs, but we are expected to accept that because that's electronics. I tried resolving it with Crestron and they argue I still owe them $2000, I'm sorry I've already paid the rest and can't get them to come back and finish the job. And the Crestron equipment, I've had to failed control panels out of 4. Failed light switched that I have had to pay electricians multiple times to prove I have a bad switch. One cost me over $500 to get them to replace a $225 switch. I have a $1,000,000 house and you can see pictures of what I've gotten to look at the last year waiting on them to come back. Really, technology is almost 2 years down the road as they started all of this Feb. 2016 with the wiring. It doesn't do any good to put a system in that will be obsolete by the time it's finished, especially at this price tag. I am still constantly begging them to come back and get done.
Description of Work: I had full automation installed in the house by California Audio Video Experts (C.A.V.E.) who are dealers of the Crestron equipment. We rapidly went from $92,000 to almost $140,000. It was all of the lighting, blinds, and televisions.
