We bought a new home from a builder last May (2019). My wife and I were extremely happy with the neighborhood and with the house. Our excitement only lasted until the first heavy rain, as our 1st floor (in a bi-level) had water seepage. It was my worst nightmare come true. I had a warranty from the builder, so he came and "fixed" the problem. He did some minor grading outside and re-did the floors inside. Second heavy rain of the season and our 1st floor once again had water seepage!! Again, I went back to the builder, but he suddenly went MIA. A bit desperate now, as I have 2 children and I was worried about any mold or issues with the house, I started to get bids from various contractors (with 4-5 star ratings in HomeAdvisor). The majority came by and without even looking at the inside gave me an estimate without any explanation, but Joe (from Pro Dry Waterproofing) was different, he came in and thoroughly inspected the outside and inside of the house. He explained thoroughly all potential issues that were causing the seepage after he inspected the house. Right away, I knew Joe wanted to help me fix this problem properly, so I could enjoy my house for years to come. He suggested we open the dry wall inside, so he can asses the damage of years of water damage. Joe's team came in and were very careful with this initial work (and to be clear, I had not hired Joe yet!). Opening the drywall led to me finding out that my studs were rotten due to the years of water issue and also, my foundation was plain flat, it didn't have blocks around the corners, so the water was coming form between the side word panel and the foundation. Joe knew right away how to fix the problem and although he knew it wasn't an easy project, he quickly came up with the estimate. The price was reasonable, given the amount of work that had to be done. After signing the contract, Joe's team quickly got to work. The work involved was adding a temporary wall, adding a 16 in block around the perimeter of the inside of the house (to prevent any water from coming in ever again) and finally proper drainage outside of the house with extra protection in case water ever even made it close to the house. Joe's team was prompt every day, super clean and the work looked amazing! Joe was also available for any questions, never worked with someone so responsive. I am happy to say that I just recently had a full day of heavy rain and everything in my 1st floor was completely dry (yes, I did cry tears of joy :)!). In addition, Joe works very closely with a contractor that does the re-finishing of any walls, floors, etc and they were also very reasonable with pricing, as well they did an excellent job! In summary, Joe and his team are your solution to any waterproofing problem and you will feel so comfortable working with Joe in such a stressful situation. I really wished all contractors can work with Joe so they can learn how its done!! Thank you Joe. I will make sure to recommend you to all my neighbors, take care!

From the initial free estimate through the completion of the work Joe made sure he was on site through the entire process. We did later have some water come into the basement but Joe came back out and had updates made to address the issue and said that if there are any other issues to let him know and he would be back. The system was installed 2 years ago and he even called after a recent storm just to check in and make sure everything was working properly with the updates he had made - which it was and we did not have water. Not only has this stopped the flooding now, but you can also tell that the basement feels drier and not like an old damp basement. We would definitely recommend! I also want to mention that we received estimates from numerous companies before having this work done. We felt confident in the way Joe walked us through what he was planning to do and that unlike others he did not use scare tactics into trying to get us to spend lots more and things that ended up bit being needed (unlike some of the others did).

Would highly recommend Pro Dry for water issues in the basement. We had a finished basement that had a crack in the foundation. Pro Dry repaired the crack and installed a french drain + sump pump in my basement. Pricing was fair. everyone was professional, and they clean up well after their work.

There were some problems with the Town but Pro Dry worked with me to get them resolved. I was quite happy with them and would recommend them to anyone. Great company!

We hired Pro Dry Waterproofing to take care of water build-up behind our basement cinder block foundation. Howie, who estimated and project managed the work explained in detail what needed to be done. He answered all our questions and demonstrated through a portfolio of pictures and Youtube videos how the project was going to execute. The team of at least 6 or 7 arrived on time on the scheduled day. It was really back-breaking work. All the cement flooring that needed to be replaced was taken out by the crew into a truck. Unfortunately, our basement windows were too small, so the men had to haul every load up a flight of stairs. They did it efficiently and quickly. The team also took great strides to protect our property in the basement and minimize any dust that may escape into our living area. At the end of Day #1, the cleaned up so much, you would think they were done with the entire job. Day #2 involved wall preparation and pouring new cement. The job also included a new sump pump pit, expanding the existing one, and building a french drain around the inside perimeter. All the work performed by the team was really excellent. We are happy to recommend Pro Dry Waterproofing for any water issue you may have in your basement.

The basement is super dryer after the Pro Dry Waterproofing installed a French drainer and pumps. They have done excellent work.

I have interviewed so many companies and he is by far the most intelligent and loyal. Extremely creative to find solutions and extremely bright. Howard arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and took the time to explain to me the cause of my wet basement issue, and the best approach to resolving it. Howard has also promptly returned my phone calls and text messages throughout the process of obtaining the estimate, scheduling the installation, and even after the work was completed. After obtaining three additional estimates I decided to go with Pro Dry based on Howard's presentation, the reputation of the company, and the fact that they have been in business almost 30 years. Additionally the estimate Howard provided me was the least expensive and provided me with the opportunity to purchase a water powered backup pump for peace of mind. I was not able to be home the day the work was performed, but my wife told me that the owner of the company arrived with the work crew and stayed on site until called away on a personal matter. The work was performed very professionally, and they took great care not to leave a mess, and to clean up after they completed the work. I arrived home after being away for the week, and even though there had been a period of heavy soaking rain, for the first time in 7 or 8 years my basement is dry. Pro Dry did an amazing job installing our French drain. I had estimates from several other companies and in the end, decided to go with Joe who did not let me down. The Team was punctual and got everything done in one day. There were a few things that popped up during the job but Jonny was very communicative and worked to find a solution each time. I hired Pro Dry waterproofing for a complete french drain installation with 2 sump pumps and an air recirculator. Their estimator Howard met with me and answered all of my questions and suggested different ways to solve problems. He was very helpful and worked with to keep the cost manageable. The construction team was excellent and did a neat job that exceeded my expectations on how the finished product would look. Overall it was a significant expense but more than commensurate with the amount of labor involved. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Pro Dry to others.

Excellent, professional service from the first call, to the completion of installing french drains. Joe and Howard from ProDry came and evaluated my water issue which results water in my cellar with severe rain storms. They explained the issue their solution and got me on their schedule in a timely manner. Their work crew was incredible and did the job perfectly and also cleaned up and left everything in order when they completed the job. I was very impressed with the work they did. After the job was completed we have had several torrential rain storms and my cellar has been as dry as a bone since the work was done. I couldn't be happier!
