I had previously wrote feedback, but was confused with the wrong company. Overall, my experience with Harmony was very good. They were efficient and professional. I ended up using someone else that was just a little bit cheaper.

I was extremely satisfied as I called Harmony to ask about installation of ducts for my AC system as the return ducts in my bedroom do not pull out air. I was transferred to the service department and Bert explained to me that the ducts that were installed by my builder were more common in commercial settings, but they do work in residential if you close the door to the room. There was really nothing to repair/install. I really appreciated the explanation as I had spoken to another company earlier in the day and they were going to set up a service call. I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the employees.

Called for appt and technician was prompt. Performed necessary maintenance and replacement of parts. Paul was extremely thorough and diligent. Was extremely happy with service and more reasonable moneywise than the 1st company I called for same service.

I was very happy with them.They delivered like they said they would. They followed through like they were supposed to. They were very comprehensive and professional. I enjoyed working with them.

I have a contract with them that brings them in 2 or 3 times a year. Their prices and quality are great. I can rely on their services.

The man came on time, was very curtious and did what was needed to get my job finished. I was very pleased with the service and the serviceman. I wasn't happy with the cost because I paid the original person do finish the job, and he didn't. I am sure the price of the service was fine.

We were in a local mall and they were there, so we hired them for our services. They are the ones at home to receive you when you come. I would use their services again in the future.

All the work they've done for us, we've used them repeatedly for installation and service, they've always been responsive and done good work. Almost everything they've done has been high quality, if there were any problems they promptly correct them. In an emergency they got back to us very quickly and sent somebody out.

We had a great time with Bob. We were very well satisfied. Everything was fine. It was excellent. We had no problems. We would use them again. They were very professional.

I had Harmony Heating out to provide an estimate for adding central AC to my single family home which has no ductwork, so it was a large job. The person performing the analysis measured my home and talked me through the install process. He was not very open to my suggestions for where to place the AC unit, and his ideas for running ducts would require alot of touch-up work and repair of one wall, as well as the loss of a back corner of almost all my second floor closets. He stated that he would be sending me a quote, and never did, I think that they weren't up to the job, or not experienced enough to do it, since other contractors all had no problem with where I wanted the ouotdoor unit placed, and did not need to use my closets or disrupt my walls. Overall, I received only a quote over the phone, and asked to have a written estimate sent, but never received one. Their price was higher than most other contractors, and ultimatly, I'm glad I didn't go with Harmony Heating, and would recommend another, more experienced contractor.

The worker's on this job were very good, but they were a little young for my taste. The supervisor who we spoke to was very experienced and professional. They were good at what they did, but sometimes I felt they got a little rough and careless with bumping into walls and not being cautious. They did very well with cleaning up after themselves and were very polite. They were pretty punctual too. We have called them a couple of other times because we were impressed with their past job performance.
