I had to replace my central AC which broke down at the height of the summer. I researched around and Harmony Heating gave me the best price. The team who did the installation was AMAZING. They were very professional and you can really tell that they are HVAC experts. They worked as a team and you can see their camaraderie. Andy took time to explain to me the work that they did and the adjustments that they had to do to accommodate the size of the refrigerant in my current furnace. They also cleaned up their workspace. My Nest thermostat was having issues and the servicing team, Steve and Denver, did not leave until it was all sorted out. He even took time to assist me in getting my Nest replaced by Google as it was covered by warranty. They also put in a temporary thermostat so we will have AC while waiting for the Nest replacement. I highly recommend Harmony Heating for your HVAC needs. Shout out to Andy, Sammy, Steve and Denver. Keep up the good work and the positivity!

We just had our three central air conditioners serviced by Omar. The service was great—the type of service that led me to Harmony years ago and to recommend Harmony to others. Omar was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The entire team at Harmony, from sales to installation to service has always been a pleasure to work with.

They installed inducer motor for our Trane Heating unit which was originally installed by Air1 Heating and Cooling who did a very lousy and unprofessional job. Harmony was on time, very professional and did the work in even less time than what they quoted. Extremely happy with their service

Bert was the sales person. I got a quote the day he looked at the system. After I gave him the go to do the job, it was scheduled within a couple of days. The installers were excellent. There was one accident. A picture was knocked off the wall and the glass broke. I was compensated for the damage. The work was completed in one day and the system has been running fine since then.

It seems like a lot of money but I have no way of really judging comparative prices. They were very competitive at the time they put the system in.

Andrew was very informative and took the time to understand what we wanted and needed and recommended a economical good solution. Harmony's crews were very professional. They came as scheduled. The installation went smoothly, they protected the work areas, including the wood floors and cleaned the whole area before they left. The startup went without a hitch and they explained the controls well. Everything works well.

I think that their pricing is fair. They seem to be professional, they're knowledgeable, they're timely and you know they do a good job of explaining what has to be done.

And Harmony worked with me to get an energy efficient system which would qualify for NJ rebate. 2 of the others would not even do paperwork. Same day service which was a huge plus. Heater fixed in winter same day was another big plus, as tech had right part with him. Tech prompt, neat and courteous. Explained issue and what probably caused it. I know this company has many techs, so it may be a different experience with each one, but my experience was positive.

Gave us right price upfront. Explained the work details. Came on time as promissed, Completed the work in timely manner, So far have no problem. They had replaced two other furnaces a few years ago with the same satisfactorily without any problem.

The Harmony Group was very professional and highly responsible.  They walked us respectfully through the process and delivered punctually and based on their estimate.  They laid out the alternatives well so we could be informed consumers.  The only slight issue was that we didn't have a choice of thermostat (our previous one had daily programming, which we preferred given our irregular schedule; this one only had weekday/weekend programming).  We would have upgraded if we'd anticipated that.

Harmony was the third heating company I called, after the first two couldn't seem to understand that I didn't have $22,000 to heat 1000 sq ft.  By the time Harmony arrived, I was hostile, but they were wonderful.  They suggested the mini-split, handled everything, even shoveling a path through deep snow to the place where they had to put the outside unit.  They were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, careful, and I wished I'd called them in October when I started with the other two companies.  
The $6000 is an estimate based on memory; it was likely a little less than that.  I'm thrilled with the outcome and will definitely use them again if I decide to heat the garage.

It went very well. I've been using them since we got our house 10 years ago. They're dependable, and the do great work.

Standard service call for heater unit.

Had called Harmony for emergency service on Friday after 3PM.  The person who took my call indicated that he'd try and get someone over as soon as possible.  However he warned me that it would be an expensive because it was an emergency and that it was coming to the end of the day. 

The gentleman called me within 15 minutes to confirm that someone was on their way.  The person who came was professional to the core.  He not only sorted the matter out but also took the time to explain and show what should be done if the problem recurred.  I would recommend Harmony to anyone needing service.  BTW, Harmony DID NOT charge me "emergency" rate!!

Before Harmony I contacted the companies listed on top of Angie's List with "A" ratings that showed they have emergency service.  I have seen these companies bill-boards all over town as well.  When I told them that I needed emergency service, they couldn't care less!  They said that someone would stop by on Monday!  Another Angie's List "topper" said they'd send someone when then "become available" - no guarantees!  I suppose these guys have enough business that they don't particularly care for customer-service! 

I am not revealing these companies names for their sake.  But I know I will not be giving them my business.

3 years later, no issues and our gas bill in the dead of winter is in the low $100 area. Their estimate came in about $3-$4000 less than the next lowest bidders out of about 10 contractors. The AC installs are great too. Very efficient and  low electricity  bills and Andrew made perfect recommendations for our split level home. Reasonable prices. Any issues were resolved immediately including a call the following summer the AC unit. Both units installed were Trane but it really is the quality of the installation that makes all the difference.
