Late at night I noticed that there was water coming through the ceiling in my living room and was dripping on the floor and rug. I had to turn off the water at the main to stop the leak. I called Bertoli first thing the next morning. They adjusted their schedule and were at my house within a half hour and repaired a leaking water pipe above the ceiling. I couldn't have asked for better service. I had used them before, based on good reviews from Angie's List and would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to friends.

After an innocent issue with having my wrong phone number, the crew showed up eager to complete the job, later than planned on a Friday afternoon. There were at least 4 men in the basement, making sure they completed the job even though I told them we could reschedule because of the later hour and the mix-up. They made sure to finish installing the new water heater and also installed a new sump pump, as there was a potential for flooding with the leaking water heater and upcoming rain.  I will be calling them next week for some further things that need to be completed. They were in and out quickly, and very responsibly wanted to complete the job that day! I would definitely use them again. They have a wonderful reputation in my town, and this was my first time calling them.

The guys who came to change the water heater were extremely professional and finished the replacement cleanly in 2 hours without any issues. They replaced everything that was necessary and updated the plumbing upto code also and only charged us a little bit extra for the expansion tank which we did not mind since that was going to help us in the future. Also I asked them to check my master bath shower handle since it did not seem to turn all the way through and they fixed it and did not charge anything for it. I will use them now for all my plumbing needs since they did this job really well and explained everything to us also. Quoted price = $975 Job done price = $1025

I called them over the weekend and the plumber was at our house on Monday.  The receptionist over the phone gave us a price and the price we paid when Mark was done came very close to that price.  Mark gave us the most cost effective options for the work.  He performed it very well.

The toilet was not flushing.  It was determined that with hard water, there was a build up of calcium which prohibited the toilet from working properly.  Within a day a new toilet was installed.  You wouldn't even known that the toilet was replaced.  They left the bathroom clean and took the old toilet for disposal.  Very happy with service.

I discovered that a section of ABS drain pipe was split and had been leaking into my wall behind my kitchen faucet. After pulling the dishwasher and cabinet and opening the wall myself, I had Bertoli come in and replace the section of broken pipe. They came quickly, performed a quality repair, and were very reasonable with the price. Would definitely use again.

I recently moving to New Jersey and bought a house.   After having no luck sorting through the Google adds, I joined Angie's list this morning. .  I called a plumber off the list this morning, they were able to come out today, they friendly and did an excellent job.  I would definitely use this plumber again, as well as, Angie's list for my next vendor.

The most impressive thing about this company was the urgency they displayed in getting here.  I surprisingly discovered a leak in my garage ceiling and called this company based upon their great reviews.  I asked they get here as soon as possibly before the leak worsened.  The dispatcher on the phone was able to line up the next available plumber and he got here within 30 minutes of the call. The plumber was knowledgeable and discovered the cause of the leak rapidly.  He replaced a few valves and was done in less than one hour.  Their price was very reasonable.
I can recommend this company for their shared sense of urgency, professionalism and price.

Great service.
I called this company for an issue I created in my shower. I was attempting to replace some corroded valve seats and shower valves and when I put the new valve seats in I had leaks. Realizing now that the faucet needed replacement and it was behind tile, I called Bertoli for a quote.
After a quick run down of my issue, I was given a possible solution (remodel plate) and an appointment. Tech tech arrived on time and got the job done very fast. He cleaned up all dust created etc. Great job all around.
The faucet is still working great. I highly recommend this company.

I called provider yesterday as I discovered carpet in room adjacent to master bath was wet. Since I wasn't sure what the problem was in the master bathroom I told the provider that it could be the toilet or sink. We scheduled the appointment for this morning after 10:00 am. Ted arrived at around 10:15 and determined within a short time that it was the toilet. In our discussion it was determined that a new toilet would be the best way to go. He took the old one out, then left to retrieve a new toilet. He returned about 30 minutes later, put the new toilet in, wrote up the invoice, and was on his way. I love my new Kohler toilet and am so happy to find Bertoli Plumbing and Heating and will definitely reach out to them for all my plumbing and heating needs!
