Westwood Appliance Service

Found Westwood in the listings here and made an appointment to get an estimate to determine if it was worth repairing the washing machine. He gave me an approximate time, but said he would call to confirm before heading over on that day.
This ended up being great because he was running a few minutes late, but because he called to confirm he was on his way I was able to complete several errands and get back in time to meet him instead of sitting around the house being annoyed.
He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed a quick look-over within a few minutes. His price to fix was so reasonable and he had the parts available that he did the work right on the spot. He look the rest of the mechanicals over on the machine to make sure he did not miss anything.
When he was done he went out of his way to make sure he cleaned up after himself.
Overall very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again when needed. I have already recommended them to several people.

After 3 unsuccessful visits from another repair service to fix my malfunctioning clothes washer I called Westwood Appliance Service on Sat. 8/11/2012. Not only did I get a response to my call but the owner, Kevin, actually came over at 4:30 that afternoon and spent 1 1/2 hours on the job fixing what the other guy couldn't. On a SATURDAY.
This kind of service, not to mention the competence to repair in one visit what someone else couldn't manage in three should be recognized and applauded. If you're looking for honest and reliable repair service you've found it in Westwood.

On moving to our new home, we soon realized our fridge wasn't cooling properly. Westwood was recommended by another appliance repair service as the first place we called couldn't make it out on that particular day. Kevin from Westwood had a booked schedule for the day of our service but he promised to try to squeeze us in and he did. He called before he came, and during the block of time he said he'd try to get us into. He detailed the expenses for the repair (the fridge was not self-defrosting and this had caused the whole contraption to stop cooling) and charged accordingly. He was courteous and professional, did the job quickly. Will call again if another one of our appliances malfunctions.

I spent $200 on the job. They came out on time and gave me an estimate. I thought they were a little expensive, which I did not like. However, the service was good. They were professional; too. I would use them again in the future. 

My 10 year old Kenmore TRIO refrigerator stopped working (although the freezer unit continued to operate normally) and I called Westwood Appliance on Monday for a repair.  The phone was answered promptly and he agreed to come on Wednesday morning.  He called at 12:30 and said he was on the way.  He arrived shortly there after, trouble shot the problem (the fan motor & thermostat), left to get the parts, returned an hour later and my refrigerator was fixed by 2:15 pm the same day.  The work was neat and I was very pleased with the quality, service and professionalism.   I would certainly call Westwood Appliance for all future repairs!

Have not had any issues with the dryer since. I would definitely use again.

Very smooth. I was able to get my washer fixed over the phone. No appointments and no charge, because I am a regular customer and he knows the machine. Can't beat that.

The man who came arrived on time and was very pleasant, he found the problem immediately. The burner that was out works just fine now. The problem we had with them was that the cost was nearly twice what they had quoted me over the phone to fix the problem. Other than that, they did a good job.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THEY HAD THE PART ON HAND AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT.
