Chris listens and he understands our situation and went the extra mile to help us with the mold inspection. He and Jack were on time for the inspection, they delivered the report on the date and time that they promised and more importantly, they explained what they are doing and answered questions with patience.

The whole process was efficient, professional and high quality work. They communicated the problem and solution very clearly. Got all the work completed in a timely manner. Wrote a detailed plan of action and followed through. Would recommend to anyone needing mold testing and/or remediation
