Chris Carbone was great. He answered my call bright and early in the morning, only took him about 30 mins to contact me. He took his time to explain everything to me and he looked at the pictures I sent him and was very fast at setting up an appointment to take samples of mold in my bathroom. Our basement flooded this past summer and we thought everything was completely destroyed. We had an entire bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, gym and garage under 2.5 feet of water. Renew came in the morning after the flood and saved both our belongings and our sanity. Because of them, we were able to dry out three cars, most of our gym equipment, the washer/dryer, and all of the bedroom furniture. Our contact, Chris Carbone, provided exceptional service, and was available for questioning 24/7. Renew worked quickly and diligently, as well as seamlessly with our insurance company. I am hopeful that we will never have another flood, but am thankful that in the event of an emergency, we have a company like Renew to reach out to!!

They did a great job. Everything was done as scheduled. We hired them for a mold test in the basement. The owner was very polite and professional. The result of the test came on time, they check the lab result and call you to inform about the results and explain every think you need.
