We had a brilliant experience with Chris from start to finish! He is such a friendly, knowledgeable and honest guy itâ s easy to see he has his customers best interests at heart. He was very punctual and texted me before to say how long he would take to be at our house and he often came early rather than late which is unusual and impressive for contractors these days! Chris analysed my air quality in the basement for mold and also installed a new dehumidifier for us as our old one wasnâ t working. I feel very confident in the quality of the work he did for us and his price was reasonable and fair. He and his assistant Jonathan also swept the area afterwards and replaced all the items of ours they had moved back to their original places. Hassle free ,superb service if I could give more than five stars I would!

This review is long overdue. After moving into an apartment, it quickly became an environmental nightmare!! An entire building sewage backup into my apartment, the initial remediation company botched the response and clean-up, and a property management company that did not provide any guidance. I decided to research and independently find out options that were available and went through Home Advisor. I immediately received a call from Chris from Renew Restoration. After providing him with background details he provided me with a range of options and scheduled to come out the next day! He was on time, professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and fielded not only my thousands of questions, but surrounding residentsâ questions as well. It is hard to find such an HONEST, AFFORDABLE, CARING and KNOWLEDGEABLE company like this in such short notice and in a time of need. If at all possible, I would rate them with 10+ stars! Chris' recommendations on testing were spot on! So thank you, for taking the time to answer all of our questions, explaining in great detail the process, as well as taking your evening to review in depth the results of our reports. I hired Renew Restoration for a post-remidiation air quality test. This was required by my mortgage company to release the final tranche of insurance funds. The owner, Chris, got back to me immediately, was available by text pretty much any time of day, and was able to take samples and get the lab results to me in just 3 days. He then emailed me the lab report with a helpful summary of what it said. Was extremely transparent about the price and didn't try to upsell when it wasn't required. Highly recommend this company!

Chris is awesome! He was very informative about our moisture issues and what to expect regarding our test results. He's also an extremely nice and friendly guy, I would recommend his services to anyone.

The first words that come to mind to describe Chris is over and beyond. Chris’s team did an excellent job remediating our mold. Chris is very resourceful and expert how to deal with insurance companies. When my insurance company tried to push back on paying for the remediation, based on what their insurance adjuster stated, Chris knew exactly what to do went out of his way to write a letter describing the cause of the issue and used specific words to ensure they cover the costs. 24 hours later my insurance company agreed with Chris’s assessment. I can’t thank him enough, he saved us $8000 . You need a contractor, you can count on, responsive, someone who knows how to deal with insurance companies, look no further. Thanks Chris!

I have a strange odor in my new apartment that I can t identify/determine the source. I was concerned going into it that whatever company I hired wouldn t be truthful or would exaggerate a problem as I tried to solve for this. But this was NOT the case with Renew restoration. It turned out I did not have a mold problem and that s exactly what they told me. While I still don t know what s causing the smell, they expressed empathy and a great consultation on my options/next steps. I greatly appreciated their help/service and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
