These guys did a great job. Chris was very responsive and persistent without being annoying. The guy he sent to do the mold testing, Alex, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The results came back relatively quickly. I would hire these guys again for sure.

We had Chris to check for mold and remediation if there is any. Very professional and effective. He responded quickly, arrived on time, listened to our concerns, explained to us clearly. And the most important, he solved the problem effectively and immediately. He also reminded us what needs to be done next. Around the evening he followed up again. Aside from cutting off some sheetrock and wiping down some walls nothing much else was done. I could still see and smell the mold in the room. They were working on this while I was at work and I expected to come home and see the great difference. They even told my parents that we had to stay away from the area until the next day to the strong odor from the chemicals they used. I went down there and all I smelled was the mold on the wall. Customer service was great...nice guy but I feel like I was robbed.

I hired renew to perform a mold inspection as a result of our home buyers inspection report. They were very thorough, honest and fair. They provided a detailed report for remediation since the work was minor and recommended we use a licensed contractor to complete since it would be less costly. I call that true integrity and superior customer service!

I needed someone to check my home for mold. Renew Restoration sent Justin Guyre to my home the next day. He was on time and checked my home. He let me know what problems there was and how to fix them. After calling many other companies his price was very inexpensive. Great customer service, respond quickly and glad to spend as much time as you need to go through your lab report and remediation options. A bit more expensive than others but well worth the money spent. I would absolutely hire them again.

They were polite, and on time. they explained everything (even if I didn't want to hear it).

Briefly and frankly honest, they saved the day. Chris made sure he reached me when phone number in file was wrong. They made themselves available when I gave them tight timing considering the urgency of the project. Told me estimates before doing the job and discussed all options with very clear communication. Never asked for payment till the job was completely resolved to my satisfaction. Will definitely recommend and use if any similar issue arise in the future.
