Very professional group. Everyone I dealt with was extraordinarily thorough and professional. We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom which dripped down into the drywall ceiling of the bathroom below and created a mold-ready environment. They removed the ceiling neatly, dried the area in the basement where the leak terminated as well as the points in between and then treated and encapsulated as an extra safety measure. I informed them of a baby in the home, and they took extra care to be neat, quick, and thorough. There are a lot of big name companies out there like ServPro, but I felt better about choosing a small business where attention to detail and customer concern outweighs the bottom line.
