Marty, the owner, is a great guy to deal with. Honest and very friendly. He replaced the suction motor in our vacuum in no time and at a reasonable price. Believe it or not he had a motor for a 25 year old vacuum in stock in his shop....which saved me quite a bit of money. I would highly recommend his services!!

The owner of the shop could not have been nicer or more professional. He took the time to inspect my machine and while I was prepare to hear we needed a new motor (ugh), he confirmed it was not the motor at all. He cleaned the machine inside and out, replaces the two HEPA filters, confirmed that using non-Miele bags was a part of the problem, tested the machine to confirm it was working perfectly. His charge was far less than I expected and I pleased with him not to round down the total but charge the full amount. He recommended service every two years. Will be sure to see him again and recommend his services to anyone looking for an honest man who is as good a technician as he is a human being.

All repairs were done fast and inexpensively! They give you instructions on how to prolong the life of your vacuum cleaner, proper on off technique, proper push pull so the brush rollers don't snap the belts, like happen so often to me! The store was clean, the mechanic polite and not condescending. They work fast and call you! Best part is that They take their time to explain things, what not to do, what to do and the work is done efficiently.
