We are a small company and we don't send out crews to your location. We are punctual, reliable and dependable. We use green products and work quickly and efficiently. Our goal is to make customers happy so they continue to use us and refer us to their friends, neighbors and family. We take pride in our work and appreciate our customers. For our gutter cleaning, window cleaning and power washing services, we will travel to all of our listed service location. We now have 2 locations with the same great service! As stated in some of our responses previously to reviews, we apologize if people think we are too expensive. To be reviewed based solely on price, is not a fair assessment. Our work has never been criticized, just our price. However, we always explain how the pricing works. It's $1 per foot for gutters without screens, toppers or covers or $2 per foot if gutters have screens, toppers or covers. We are a small company who does not send out crews to do the work. We are on site at every job to oversee that the work is done properly. If you want a company based solely on price and being the cheapest around, that is not us. We schedule appointments,confirm the appointment the day before, show up when we say we are going to, go over the pricing, answer questions, etc. We are not obligated to do the work if the price is too high. We don't get offended when we don't do the work. Our pricing is based on the going rate for gutter cleaning. Any repairs we make are at a reasonable rate. We are about doing quality work, not quantity. In this particular case, the customer had 235' of gutter, 135' of gutter over the price of the voucher.

Description of Work: I feel like I was nickel and dime to death.. I ended up having to do the insides of the windows myself or the bill would have been astronomical. They did do a wonderful job on the outer windows but what I paid was way too much for the services rendered. Makes me leary about going thru Angie's list again and not renewing my membership when it expires

Thank you for your review. Window cleaning is not as simple as it seems like it would be. There are many types of windows that dictate the cost for cleaning them. In this case, the windows were storm windows, old style sliding windows with an extra layer of glass. The cost for cleaning storm windows is more because it's like doing 2 windows instead of 1, much more labor intensive as well as time consuming. We try to explain as best we could the cost for doing the different types of windows, but it doesn't always make sense to the customer. We are sorry that the customer felt nickeled and dimed, but we did the best we could within her budget.

Description of Work: In the middle of a home rehab and hadn't done the gutters in 2 years. I ordered the $99 special and read the fine print so I knew I would be paying extra because I had screens on the gutters. I didn't have an issue with this because ALL service providers in this area charge the extra fee. | |Provider arrived on time and went to work immediately. They did an excellent job and clean up the mess around the perimeter. In addition, they helped out by fixing a broken drainage gutter. | |No problems and highly recommended.
