Description of Work: Hoping they will see this,. I called and e-mailed details pics of my problem: mis-configured two step staircase. It is a small job. I know they are busy due to Sandy and I told them I don't need immediate service BUT I did give them a 3+ weeks window for them to just come, take a look, offer suggestions and an estimate. Long as I had their ideas and estimate and satisfied that they were the right ones for this job, I was willing to wait for them. They have yet to respond but I'm hoping they will!!

Description of Work: I had a company waterproof an area of my basement, destroying the lower section of the studs at the bottom of the room. MRJ rebuilt the studs, installed new drywall and molding.

 + 3 moreThey are returning to do some more work for me in a month. My only question was that Paul wasn't clear as to the start time, so I wasn't sure what time they were supposed to begin working. They were here at 9:40am, which was great. Fantastic work for a *very* reasonable price by a great guy who cares about whether or not his customers are happy with what he's done. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: I had ordered five replacement casement windows for my basement but needed someone to install them. Paul and Miguel did a fantastic job. All in one day and the finishing touches they put on the outside to match the vinyl siding were amazing. My basement looks so much better.

Description of Work: They replaced some structural central support beam in the house. It was rotted. They did framing for my house and exterior sheathing.

 + 0 moreHis original estimate was $6500, but $5200 was his cost and the rest was split between the electrician, the tile guy and plumbing. I had anther $2000, in electrical and plumbing expenses. He is very good at problem solving and his quality is great. Timing isn't the best because of other contracts he had to do. Towards the end I had to keep on them to finish the job. My family has used him for various other jobs and I would continue to use him and recommend his services.
Description of Work: I had my kitchen remodeled with this company.
