brought car to shop on a Monday to get estimate for oil leak was told rear main seal was leaking and made appointment for Wednesday and dropped car off on Wednesday got a call on Thursday saying oil pan gasket was leaking also agreed to new price was told car would be ready Friday. I had to call them to find out if my car was done when I picked it up was told the transmission was a quart over filled (as some of you know cars these days don't have a transmission dip stick). Monday the transmission started slipping brought it back was told the fluid was foaming and needed to be replaced as well as the filter and pan gasket. got car back on Tuesday. everything sealed to be fine. the following Monday I noticed a puddle in my driveway again, brought car back on Tuesday was told they installed the rear main seal wrong and it needed to be replaced again. dropped car off Thursday morning. at 3 pm got a call saying they just got the part and car wouldn't be ready today. Friday morning about I got another call saying they got the wrong part and my car wouldn't be ready today either, and that it wouldn't be ready til Monday after noon, I told them I have to go to work Monday and that I already took 2 days off how am I going to get to work. They told there's always uber or a taxi, I guess he could tell I didn't like that answer and offered my a clunker. It might be just me but I would think if you messed up the installation of a part on someones car you would make sure you got that car fixed right a way and if you get the wrong part from the parts store you would go get the right part so you can get this person their car back and keep them as a costumer. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN.
