MOBILE MOWER REPAIR LLC

Mike cancelled our first appointment due to rain which I was ok with. Seemed like a relatively nice guy when speaking to him. I explained to him exactly what was wrong and he quoted me a price of $200 which I thought was reasonable. I was actually on the phone with him in my car so my wife heard the whole conversation with the price quote. When Mike did eventually come to fix the blowers I told him I would be right inside my house if he needed anything from me. When he was finished he asked me to come to the backyard. He told me that the one that wouldn't start was really easy to fix and that the other one needed some fixing. I said well we're still at $200, right? He then said oh we're way past that. He then started to argue and maybe with some clients he gets away with this but not with me. To be honest he became so nasty that I didn't want to pay him at all (and did eventually have to ask him to get off my property). But, I am not that type of person to not pay so I got him to sign the receipt saying the $200 was payment in full. Well, I wish I never paid him anything!!! He said he had to fix the carberators. The blower that he said was easy to get working runs horribly and and blows smoke to the point where it's unbearable and unusable. I made sure the gas ratio was right and it's not that. He just did something wrong or didn't fix it. I HIGHLY recommend you use sears or someone more qualified. Its one thing to due the "bait and switch" price quote like some other mechanics do (which is not what got me to write this review) but at least due the work right if you do it. So, I paid $200 to have a chute realigned which I could have probably done myself. Lesson learned will look for someone else next time.

Very efficient and professional.

Mike showed up on time, was professional, courteous, and did the necessary repairs quickly and thoroughly.  Did not try to "upsell".  Highly recommended.  Will use again.

Service was very good.  He was on time, completed all the work as indicated.  It is great that they provide on-site service as the snowblower is too large to fit into the car.  I asked about future service which he could have said yearly but actually said every few years.  So he was not trying to increase business by selling unnecessary service.  The price I thought was a bit high but I understand this was on-site service.  Probably double had I brought it in but I do not know that.

All went very smoothly, no problems at all.

Mike arrived on time and began working on my equipment. His experience in small engine repair was evident from start to finish. I was happy he was able to come to my home as I was unable to bring the equipment to him. Upon completing the tune-up on my mulcher he evaluated a push mower and determined it was beyond repair. Mike was friendly, neat, professional and I will not hesitate to call him or recommend him in the future. I found his services to be priced fairly as he made the house call and had everything he needed with him in his impressive mobile repair shop.
