I've used George Strauch and his company on about three occasions before. I'm gradually replacing the windows in my house as it becomes necessary. Mr. Strauch is courteous and prompt and provides you a written estimate very quickly after seeing what you would like to have done. Every time I've had work done his employees have been very courteous (they wear booties to cover their shoes to protect the floors), they're friendly, do the work in a very reasonable amount of time and leave everything looking perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough and I will certainly continue to use them in the future. I wouldn't even look for anyone else.

I saw the glass doctor on Angie's List and called them since the reviews were good and they were only 5 miles away. They came as arranged. Jeff understood what needed to be done and got me a same day quote and the job was done with an Anderson window the next day. Great people to work with. Jeff and Kathy were professional, friendly and knew how to get the job done, We have a couple of other glass projects and we will definitely be looking to them to do the work.

I went into the place of business in Ramsey and set up an appointment for my broken windshield. We set up an in house date for the job to take place. The glass arrived quickly and they showed up when they said they would and replaced the windshield with a quality replacement.

Couldn't ask for a better service experience. Office staff was so understanding of the situation, they immediately contacted the owner. He came to the house within hours! Even collected the broken glass and removed it to dispose. He ordered the replacement door - it came sooner than expected and was replaced without issue. A very professional company but with a very human side! A+ in every regard.

The job was done very professionally. George was punctual, he was attentive to detail. He made sure that door fit perfectly by coming ahead of time to measure and get the correct dimensions. I felt his price was quite reasonable as there are many companies that I called that do not simply replace a screen door without replacing the entire 9 foot window as well.

They replaced the damaged front windshield on my Volvo inside my garage at my house. They arrived on time and were very corteous and respectful. They started by educating us on what the job consisted of and approximately how long it was going to take to complete the work.
They started by carefully removing the wiper blades and the windshield. They had a new cool tool separeted the old windshield from its base location. This tool made the removal process much easier, cleaner and faster. After the windshield was removed the new windshield was installed without any problems. They asked me to inspect the windshield to confirm all was OK prior to installation.
After the installation was completed they cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out.

Glass doctor was amazing. It was the cheapest local quote that we got and the work was excellent. The team was punctual, courteous, professional, and neat! There was no mess for me to clean up and they even carried the old storms and screens upstairs to my attic. We will definitely use them again when we replace the remainder of our old windows

George ( the owner) did an excellent job removing the old shower door and installing a new glass door. This happened about a year ago. When I noticed a problem with the plastic liners fraying I called him and he responded quickly. He replaced the liners at NO CHARGE to me. His comment was " it's so easy to do the right thing by your customers so I try to do that all the time."
George provides quality products and excellent service. His pricing is fair and reasonable. I will always work with him in the future.

While we knew we would eventually have to replace a number of windows in our very old house, we had no intention of doing it yet. We started this process only needing to replace one broken window (broken by our movers during move-in). Many other places we called were not interested in such a "small job" but George and Glass Doctor were willing to work with us. Since we knew replacing the whole window was eventually in the cards anyway, we asked for an estimate on both fixing the window and replacing it. It made more sense to just replace the window, so George came out to discuss our window options and measure. We liked him and the options we discussed so much, we actually went ahead and had 4 additional windows replaced as well. Could not be have been happier with the process....from an initial appointment, to our meeting with George, and finally to the gentlemen that came to do the installation....I felt everything was well done by experienced professionals. Our budget did not allow us to overhaul all of the windows in one shot, but we plan to do a few windows each year over the next couple of years to get them all done...and after this experience we will be using Glass Doctor for those jobs as well.

They were awesome, They were about 100-200 cheaper than a few other quotes I had, other companies wanted to replace it and gave me this whole song and dance, they came in, it was simple, they gave a quote, and did it within a few days. A huge thing for me was I'm a neat freak, they laid a drop cloth, and they vacuumed up after themselves when they left.

"First off, this customer did NOT have any work done by us. They had already purchased a shower door from Home Depot, and they wanted us to install it. We told them that we do not install product that we did not sell. That was the extent of our conversation. AND, this was from 2012, 3 years ago."
