Highly recommended. Very polite and professional. I had so many little projects that went unfixed for years because other plumbers were lazy or incompetent. First Class Plumbing were able to fix things that other plumbers didn’t. In addition, they were extremely polite with my difficult mother. Other plumbers would get offended and never come back. First Class will be my go to plumbers from now on.

They contacted me through Angie’s list dec 7th. Glenn Siversten came out for a quote promptly. It has now 5 weeks later and i have not received the quote. I called them three times to follow up, hence the negative review. In the time of covid if i let someone into the house and take time out of my day i expect not to be ignored and my time wasted.

It turned out that the spray head was not the problem and a new faucet was needed. The technician went out and purchased the same model as the one being replaced and installed it. The total charge was $456.36. I subsequently searched the internet for the cost of the faucet and considering the cost of installation determined that I was over charged for the faucet itself. This is reason for the the B rating overall and professionalism and my decision not to hire again.

My water pipe busted on Friday morning. I called four other plumbers first. They were either not available or could not do the repair due to the type of pipe connections. Uponor. By the time I called First Class Plumbing it was already about 2pm. The owner, Eric answered right away and said he could be here within the hour. He arrived right on schedule with mask on and went right to work. He was great. He explained and showed me everything as he was working. He got my water working that evening and came back the next day to adjust the pipe fitting to "his company standards". I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend him and have made First Class Plumbing my plumbing Guys.

I contacted Angies List when my sewage pumps stopped working. First Class called me immediately. Eric was so friendly and knowledgable. He told me that he thought it was an electrical problem to get more than one opinion. I did and the first plumber came and left after telling me to call an electrician. I called First Class back, and Eric sent Glen right over. He was so thorough and said that they would check the pumps and the electrical. I was given an estimate for one pump and for two pumps. it turns out that one was working and the other wasn't. Chris spent hours and hours the Friday before Memorial Day weekend trying to figure out why things weren't working. He and Glen were determined to help me. It turns out that my control panel was wired all wrong and it burned out the one pump. The saga continued involving hours and hours of Chris and Glen's time. They never stopped until everything was working. Chris went above and beyond leaving notes on the control panel for the future to ensure anyone that touches the panel or pumps does it correctly. I was panicked that my bill was going to skyrocket. But not with First Class!! They stuck to their word and their original estimate. Eric, Glen, and Chris took such good care or me!! They are honest, hard-working guys, and tradesmen like them are hard to find! I highly recommend them. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon them again!! They were fantastic!!

It was first class! Even before the pandemic, they've been courteous, wore gloves, respect my home, and very trustworthy. He's the only plumber I use.

I've been using them for 14 years now. It was incredible. They were great. They were fantastic. I wouldn't use anybody else.

They came the first day and found the leak. They came back the next day and replaced the faucet. They came back when they promised.

It was great. I have no complaints. I have used them atleast 5-6 times already.

First Class Plumbing truly lives up to it's name. I have used Eric Weinrich and his business for 14 years now and would never consider another plumber. The two biggest reasons are trust and quality of work. Eric or his employees have always treated my home in the same fashion that they would treat their own. I feel safe with them in my house whether I am home or it is just my wife and kids. When it comes to pricing, First Class Plumbing is not only fair but to the penny. There is no hidden costs or extras added on. I have gotten to know Eric over the years and watched his business grow and grow yet he always makes the time no matter how big or small my job is and that matters in today's world.
