They are more of an animal shelter. My cat had somebody came in my house, and let her out. She was missing for nine days, and I found her. She was in bad shape when I found her. I brought her into them to make sure her liver was ok. They insisted, even though she was emaciated, and in bad shape. They so insane about not having extra kittens, and had her spayed right then and there. She didn't do so well after surgery, and was so weak. I was so pissed that I never went back to them. Our interactions were ok. They are a bit militant. I think they need to understand that these are people's family members, and not treat people like. Its just they threaten to take the cat away from me, because it escaped from my house. That is not my fault. I take very good care of my cat. Then they need to get a bit of a reality check. They don't charge anything. That is part of the contract when you buy a dog or kitten from them. They will have it spayed or neutered.
