A Clean House Is A Happy House

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This business is operated by a deceptive owner who lied about being insured, is involved in illegal hiring practices and her cleaners stole jewelry from my home. This was reported and investigated by the Hopewell Township Police Department. STAY AWAY!

We hired them based on reviews and I have to say, it was the biggest waste of my money. Renata said 3-4 ladies would come but only 2 came. In addition, the house house completely empty as we were about to move in. All they needed to do was deep clean the bathrooms, kitchen and floors. I have pictures to prove that they did not clean. I wiped up our counters, and there were still dirt and dust. They must've sprayed the inside of our oven with a cleaner but did not wipe it away and cause smoke when I used the oven. Bottom line, they didn't clean. They just sprayed product everywhere and wiped. I had to re-clean the house. Waste of money.

Beautifully. The ladies are punctual, professional and very hard workers. No chit chat (although that's ok!) and absolutely no use of cell phones or texting! How can that be! Very respectful.

Two pleasant ladies dusted, vacuumed mopped and scrubbed these rooms in 4 hours and did a thorough job; Was very pleased with this service and definitely would use it again.

We were in a bind as a previously contracted service for a Friday cancelled out on us on Thursday. We had an important event coming up on Sunay and badly needed a deep housecleaning (2 kids, a dog and a cat).
Renata came Friday morning to estimate, said her crew could be there on Saturday morning, and gave us a fair price. We used to have bi-weekly and seasonal housecleaning, so we knew approximately what the going rates were. I would be at work on Saturday so I wouldn't be home, but Renata assured me everything would be fine and we would be happy.
Her crew called Saturday morning to say they were running late, but after they arrived, my husband said they worked very hard and left the house sparkling. They ended up bring their own supplies and got 99% done of what I asked for, and did some I didn't ask for but my husband did.
How often do you get cleaning service on a weekend, and at the last minute when you are a new customer? Renata presented as very professional business owner, went out of her way for a new customer off-hours, and brought in staff who not fill-ins.
We were VERY happy with this company's work and we will definitely use them again. They truly exceeded our expectations.

We ended up not hiring her.

This was truly the best experience I've had with housecleaning services. I had used several others prior to this some

years ago, and they werenot as thorough. Will definitely use them from now on.
