"First of all, I believe this review was written by the homeowner's daughter who lives out of town, not the homeowner herself who requested the work. [member name removed] called our office after seeing one of our trucks in the neighbor's driveway. She asked how much it would cost to replace a washer in a shower faucet. We explained our rates to her and were able to send the plumber over when he finished at the neighbor's. The faucet she has was a washerless faucet and was beyond repair. She insisted that we complete the work that afternoon/evening for fear that her tenant would sue her. We bent over backwards to get the required new shower valve and trim and the lavatory faucet that she also requested. Choices were limited with such short notice but she never specified any desires for the replacements. We put quality Moen parts in there... quality Moen, not the type sold at Lowes and Home Depot. WE explained to her that it would cost more if we stayed after hours to compelte the work so we returned promptly the next morning to cintinue work. [member name removed] requested and approved all the work completed and material installed. Her daughter called quite some time after the job was complete to ask questions and complain about the cost. We have never heard from the resident, [member name removed] since we completed the work and the person who wrote this bad review lives out of state and had not seen the job or quality of work delivered. I spoke with the daughter many times and tried to explain what had happened but she really seemed to have made up her mind already. In our opinion, we responded promptly to a customer requesting our services and we provided outstanding products and services."
