Vacuum Cleaners
A hose came loose from my relatively new vacuum cleaner -- so I took it to this service center as per owner's manual (never used the place before) without an appointment. I figured I'd be leaving it overnight at least, so when the service man took a quick look, said a part was missing, and brought it into the back area, I wasn't sure what to expect. He brought it back out in less than five minutes and said not to pull on the hose for at least two hours.
