Unfortunately, the coupon we purchased for a gargage door tune up would not fix our door issues.  The repairment from Precision however allowed us to put the cost of the coupon towards the services we really needed.  He actually replaced the rollers, the springs, re-mounted them and lubricated the tracks.  This was approximately $400 but we were able to deduct the price we paid for the coupon.  The door has worked excellently since then.  I can literally lift the door with one hand and it no longer falls down.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The repairment arrived promptly, was very knowledgable, friendly and we were grateful he allowed us to at least use the money we spent on the coupon on the final bill.

I ordered the garage door because I initially ordered a tune up. For the tune up, the guys arrived on time and were very professional and pleasant.  They suggested that I would soon need to replace my doors, and since I was planning to in the near future, I placed the order with them right away.  They applied the money for the tune-up towards the price of the door and installation and they helped me pick out the door.  It took about a month for my door to be ready since it had to be back ordered and they scheduled the installation.  The installer was very nice and professional too and did a great job.  The door and motor work amazing, and the installation is seamless, no air-gaps or wholes, the garage is complete sealed.  Am happy with everything.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service.  The guy was decent and good.  He came in and was very professional.  He did the job quickly.  He offered his tips and advice.  He did what he said he was going to do and the garage door is working fine now.  I think the price was good and he was on time.

I left the house at 9:33 and I was called at 9:53 when the job was done. I'm sure it was reset but that's about it. I'll hang around a little longer next time.

The service was quick and went well.  They both open and close much smoother.  However, one of the garage doors is much quieter than the other.  It may be due to the motor.

One of the springs that helps the garage door go up broke, making it impossible to open the door, even by hand. We had an urgent need to get this fixed because one of our cars was 'trapped' inside the garage. Precision was very prompt in providing the service the same day I called them, without treating this as an emergency service. As I did not have a chance to shop around, I am not sure how their price compares to the competition. I am very satisfied with the quality of the new springs and the installation.

We do not have an automatic garage door opener as we have no power in our detached garage.  We have a double-width, aluminum door that had gotten so difficult to move that we avoided going into the garage as much as possible.  But because we keep the lawn mower, the snow blower, etc., out there we couldn't avoid it altogether.  Before my husband or I got a hernia over it, we took advantage of the special that Precision Door advertised through Angie's List.  When I called them to set up a time for a tech to come out they were great.  They set up a mutually convenient appointment and he called when we was 15 minutes away let us know he would be at our house soon.  He was right on time for the appointment.  He was friendly and professional and did everything that the service included.  However, our tracks were so out of alignment (and, frankly, so poorly installed originally - not by these guys), that it just wasn't enough to get the thing working all that well.  We decided to have him come back and do what was necessary to really make it it right - which cost an additional $434 above the $111 special.  It now works absolutely beautifully.  Much better than it ever did, even when first installed.  It may seem that the price was somewhat steep for this, and truthfully I don't know how that stacks up to what someone else might have charged.  But we are extremely satisfied with the result and with the technician who did the work.  I think the company is highly reputable and anyone who uses them will be more than satisfied with the result, so I recommend them highly.  At this point in my life, the lowest price is simply never the biggest factor.  I am really tired of ending up paying over and over to remediate problems caused by less than wonderful initial work.  That will not happen to you if you hire Precision Door.  They really know what they are doing, do excellent work and treat their customers properly.

We also had a max keypad installed (and saved on the service call since he was already here). The work was completed quickly and professionally. They did a great job at a great price.

It turned out pretty well.  They worked on everything and worked on what I needed.  We did bunch of things as well...it was very good.  They were professional and on time.  They called before they came.  They did a thorough good job and they seem to know what they were doing.
