Absolutely rip-off. MY door spring broke the guy charged me over 700 $ !!!!! for 2 springs ,wire and rollers. Door was inperfect condition. He did not replace the metal fixings. I was a complete idiot to have used these people. The work took him less than 1 hour. I'm at fault for using them ,but that's what happend when you work full time and try to squeeze in repairs. No please no one use them

One of my family members rammed the car onto the garage door (while the garage door was still closed). This severly dented the lower panel, and damaged the garage door strip and the number panel. Our car was stuck inside the garage. I contracted this company based on earlier positive reviews in Angie's List. I called this company at 3:30pm, and the person who answered the phone said that, she could have someone at our door between 4 to 8pm. I got a call from the service person Brian in about 20 minutes. He was at our door in about an hour after my first call, and worked to fix our immediate need - get the car out of the garage. I still have to analyze the estimate he provided, but based on this initial interaction, I am inclided to contract with this company for the actual repair work. This is first class service at extremely reasonable price. I am overall satisfied with this company, right from the person who answered the phone to the service person - Brian, who performed the emergency repair and cost estimation. I would absolutely recommend this service provider without a doubt to anyone who may need their service.

This company's sales person try to sell me a new garage-door opener I did NOT need.

The men that came were nice and the work they did was fine, but the price was so expensive. We could have gotten a brand new door purchased and installed for less. They were neat and cleaned up well, but for the money we should have never gotten them to do this job. We felt that it was a little unprofessional of them to just fix the door without telling us to get a new door instead.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WORKED BEFORE THEY LEFT AND EVEN PERFORMED SOME ADDITIONAL REPAIRS.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF REPAIRING THE DOOR. I FELT THAT THEY CHARGED TOO MUCH FOR THE LITTLE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT THEY DID. I FEEL THAT THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO DO MORE THAN WHAT WAS NECESSARY.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME AND DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I DO THINK THAT THEY WERE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, BUT THEY DID REALLY GOOD WORK.
