It was difficult to schedule the appointment, but we finally landed on a date. dan came on time. Honestly, I wont bother purchasing the big deal, I dont feel that i got anything out of it. He kept saying if you are going to do this for real you should get a designer, we have one we work with. I got a design with the most basic bathroom and he didnt show any different ceiling heights which we have 2 different heights i wanted addressed.

Overall our experience was favorable. As with most remodeling projects, something unexpected will arise, but Dan and Home Concept was always available to us - whether it was the need for last minute design changes to be made, or to arrive on site almost immediately to personally correct some work a sub-contractor did that we weren't entirely satisfied with. We were extremely satisfied with the pricing we received for the remodel - very budget friendly!
