Technician called to advise he was running 15-minutes behind schedule. Arrives as planned and explained different ways of vent cleaning and preceded to do his thing. He was very clean and friendly.

I called this company for service and received an appointment for the same day. The service professional came over with his equipment and did an excellent job cleaning furnace, air ducts and dryer vents. They seemed very thorough in what they do and worked efficiently. Mike went above and beyond his way to provide some other tips to keep my heating system operating at high efficiency. I highly recommend their services. They are very honest, dedicated, hard working and most importantly take a lot of care and pride in what they do.

Everything went well. You could see from my furnace air filter how much dust they cleaned out of the returns, and from their vacuum bag how much they got out of the supply vents. Mike explained everything and was very efficient and careful about keeping things clean. They utilize a big vacuum hose in your system and then go to all the supply or return vents and use a compressor to blow air into the venting and once that is up off the sides, the vacuum sucks it in. Was happy I had the work done!

at the beginning of this experience i was a little bit doubtful of the authenticity of the company (i'm not to trustworthy when it comes to these types of deals) but after experiencing first hand their service i have completely changed my mind! not only was
the office helpful during the scheduling process, the technician was on time, polite, and walked me through the entire process
of the service before he got started with the job.
