Good initial response but mix up on first visit. Second visit delayed but came on agreed date without issue. Did very good job, pointed out any issues or reasons for colour change after washing.

They contacted us by phone and schedule an appointment about a week later.  They were prompt, even early for the appointment since we were the first job of the day. All the needed was access to water and they took care of the rest.  They washed the whole house and even got the delicate wood trim since it wasn't a pressure wash. They used a hot water solution and the house was perfectly clean.  I honestly hadn't seen it so clean since we bought it last year!  We were very happy with the service and the price for the deal.  We would recommend them again in the future.

Rough start because he didn't show up the day we had agreed upon.   He called the next day and apologized telling me that his secretary was suppose to call and explain that the threat of rain was not advantageous for power washing.  We agreed upon another date and he arrived early.  Three days later he came back to stain and waterproof the deck.  I'm very happy with the outcome and have already recommended him to my friends.

Service was exactly as advertised. John was my contact, he was very professional and explained the process in great detail. The deck was power washed one day, left to dry for 4-5 days, pertruding nails and loose hanging lattice was treated, then treated with seal. Only detail which was not planned steamed from sealing the deck myself 3 years ago. I needed to purchase similar product to chemically match (wax vs. oil based product). John explained exactly why the extra product was needed, which I appreciated - this was not an upsell by any means. This rendered an additional $48, with extra material left over for future use. Result is a great looking deck.
