It went incredibly well. John was very personable and professional. He and his helper were on time and ready for work. My house is surrounded by trees, so the algae that grew on my siding was everywhere. When he was finished, it looked brand new. He was there for several hours and did a thorough job. He even did my detached garage which I had not discussed with him prior to the work. I would recommend him & his company to any homeowner looking for this service. My only regret is that I will likely not need his services for the next few years.

Great, they were very professional. Came first to clean and prepare the deck and stairs. A few days later, after the deck was dry, they came and repainted the deck with a colored stain to match the prior color of the deck. Since the deck had a colored stain, there was an additional charge of $400 to match and cover the second story deck and stairs .The deck looks brand new and was told it would last for several years with routine maintenance. I would use them again, next time for power washing of the house.

I purchased their Big Deal for gutter cleaning. I waited 4 days for someone to call me, then I called and left a message. Then I emailed. A few days later I received a voice mail from someone saying he was sorry for the delay, he had been in the hospital. He said he'd be in my area the following Wednesday and to let him know if that worked. I called back and left a message stating that Wednesday worked and to please let me know if it would be morning or afternoon. No return call or email. The day before they were supposed to come, I called twice, trying to confirm someone was coming and what time. No one called back and no one showed up. I waited a week before requesting a refund from Angie's List.

There was some initial confusion with scheduling, but it was quickly resolved. They showed up on time although it was raining. The job was done rapidly.

Very smoothly. They arrived on time for the initial appointment for the cleaning and returned to apply the sealer after the deck dried with my not needing to be there.

John and the folks from Hot Wash did a great job. They were prompt, hard working and accommodating to my work schedule. We are already planning our next project with them.

Excellent service quality work

John and his crew did an awesome job of pressure washing our entire house, including windows (excluding roof of course). They are the only company we found that uses hot water and non-toxic cleaners - the end result was far superior and safer for our family and pets - now our 60 year-old house looks almost new! We will definitely hire Hot Wash again and again, for all our pressure washing jobs and deck restoration. We were lucky to purchase an Angie's List Deal, otherwise the normal cost would be higher to pressure wash our entire house (and well deserved!). We highly recommend Hot Wash and couldn't be happier. (Tip: during busy season, Hot Wash gets booked weeks in advance and John the owner returns all phone calls himself, so you need to have some patience - but they are well worth the wait!)

John and his crew showed up promptly. They were very professional and did a great job, John even addressing a particularly difficult area with a hand brush. House looks fantastic. So good that a plumber that arrived to do some work for me asked for his card! Would definitely use again, I highly recommend.

John was awesome. They arrived when they said they would and they did an amazing job! My porches look great! I will definitely be a repeat costumer!

John and his crew did an excellent job! After the wash everything looks almost new! They arrived on time, did the job professionally, and put all patio furniture and plants back in place. John took time to explain everything before and after the job. The price was very reasonable.
