This provider called to inform me that they had phone issues and that they were not receiving any calls or emails. They came out and did an excellent job. Don called me the next day to confirm that everything dried well and that I was satisfied with the service. I thought that was a nice touch.
I purchased a big deal from them and they initially reached out and told me they would call me in two days. 5 days later, I still have not heard anything and the phone says it's been disconnected.
