"I am sorry you were unhappy with the service we provided. A month has gone bye since our visit, and we have not received ANY feedback from you regarding our work. Just a negative mark on Angies List. You paid for three preventative treatments to be performed throughout the course of the summer. After the first visit, if you were not satisfied, we could have rectified immediately. Mantis stands behind our work. We have not made it 40 years in the business "raping" our customers. Jim, our senior technician (who did your treatment), has been with us for 28 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, and complaints like this are "out of character. As stated on the invoice, this service was for preventative measures only. He could have explained this better and I apologize for that. "Picking up mouse droppings in the attic was not discussed nor do we do it. The technician explained the best way to deal with the dropping issue was to change the insulation versus trying to pick them all up. There must have been some miscommunication in regard to what service we were providing, For that I apologize. Will refund your money."

I had other pest control companies also give estimates and they all stood in my driveway looking at the house. Not one actually touched the house by getting on a ladder and taking a good look. However they gave estimates to just add traps or put "stuff" down, never even suggesting to close any entrance ways. Some estimates were outrageous in price, for not even determining where it got in or fixing the problem.
Which to me was most important to keep the squirrel from gaining entrance into my home at another time.
Mantis, installed a one way tunnel over the torn screen area, so that the animal if it was in the house, could get out but not re-enter.
After one and half weeks, the representative returned to remove the tunnel and put in a new screen, hence no more entry, no more squirrel. I am finally at peace again. Problem solved.
I am truly satisfied, happy and relieved that I phoned Mantis. I would recommend their services to anyone who wants a pest control problem solved in a fair, honest and thorough manner.
Can't get better than this!!!
We had wasps outside the house and yellow jackets going through the soffit that leads to the attic. Purchased the $160 deal at Angie's List. Made an appointment right away. They treated the areas and the pests were gone the next day. It took about 20 minutes having to climb 2 stories. They forgot to treat the perimeter which was part of the deal. I contacted them, they apologized, and said they will come back in the Spring to do the treatment.
They said they would come back if the problem came back within 30 days. Even though it was more than 30 days, they came back because it is very unusual for Carpenter Bees to return in September. They came back at the appointed time and re-did the spraying of the area for carpenter bees.
I am so very happy that they came back and felt that the service they provided the first time seemed to not have kept the carpenter bees at bay. I was quite willing to pay for the service again because the first time they did come out the carpenter bees did die out.
