DRX DUCT LLC

I was a little disappointed when I was told they did not know it was a 3 zoned unit.  I was never asked that when booking the appointment, so I was charge an additional fee, one for each zone.  Then upon their investigation they determined that they could not do the second floor since it had to be done from the attic and there was not a solid floor so the second floor did not get done.

Returned initial call promptly and gave me quotation on phone. Returned my follow up call promptly and set schedule for the work. DRX called the day before the set service date to confirm appointment. On day of service they called as they left their premises and gave us approximate time of arrival. Two technicians showed up. Inspected layout of A/C system and proceeded to do the work. The technicians were courteous, explaining all the steps and answering all our questions. The technicians were professional and did an excellent job.

They came in and explained everything that was going to be done. They did everything as promised and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall it went well.  I had asked for before and after pictures which were provided.  Both gentlement were courteous and professional.  work area was left clean except for 1 of the bathrooms which had soot all over the floor.  I'm sure if I called they would gladly come back to take care of it but it was not that big a deal for me.  Dryer vent was also cleaned and as part of that one of the louvers on the dryer vent outside was damaged.  Again not a big deal. 
The package i purchased also included santizer to be applied to the duct work.  The way this is done is the santizer is sprayed in the duct work right in front of the blower and it is supposed to be circulated by the fan.  I'm not too sure how effective that really is. 
I would use these folks again.

Showed up on time- worked so as not to interfere with countertop installation. Wore booties-showed me condition of vents and explained about vent staining- completed job in 3 hours- technician was very nice and professional

On time. Polite and clean and professional. I believe he did a good job. Normally they would have 2 persons but he had to do it alone. He did not fully follow procedure as indicated on website - return duct covers were not all removed or closed off. House seems to have less dust now.

The technicians were efficient and friendly as well as informative.  They cleaned duct work that had been cleaned (badly) by another company one year before (Jan 2013)

Excellent arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and then proceeded to do the job. Shared before and after principal. Cleaned up/ no mess.

Team was courteous and efficient. Removed lots of lint and a birds nest. Dryer began performing at maximum immediately.

Scheduled appt. Tech came on date+ time of service. Professional Knowledgeable.

Spoke to them on a Monday and they scheduled me for Thursday the same week.  Arrived when they said they would and performed the service to my satisfaction.  Answered all the questions that I had.  Would definitely recommend them.

David and his crew from the 911 mold restoration come on time & were very professional.  DRx duct cleaning, they were on time and did a great cleaning my duct & dryer.  This job was well done my dryer is working much better.  I will use this company again.

Dean, Paul and Louis were prompt and courteous. They used shoe covers in the house. They took before and after pictures of my duct work. It is so clean now! They spent 5 hours at the house cleaning all the ducts (I have 3 systems in the house). They were careful in the their work and completely cleaned up when they left. Would definitely use them again!

The technicians arrived on time and presented themselves.  The work they were to do in a professional manner.  They completed the work in timely manner.  Cleaned and left things the same way they found it.

Very good. The company called the day before to confirm the appointment for the next day.  Dean was the technician that came within the range of time that I was mentioned in an email from the company.  The first thing he did when I opened the door, he said hello and introduced himself.  Prior to entering the house, he put on covers on his shoes to prevent any dirt or anything getting off his shoes and onto the floor.  Asked where the vents were and showed him all the locations.  He checked the Chimney/Fireplace as requested and then mentioned the results.  Afterwards he began setting up his equipment in the driveway and assisted him by clearing the path to the Air Handler unit.  He was pretty quick and thorough with everything.  Explained what he did and what were the results.  All in all, he was very nice, courteous, and professional.  Definitely would recommend them for the services.

After 24 years since the last duct cleaning I figured the ducts needed cleaning again. Central heat and air was replaced almost 2 years ago. The service gave a call to confirm the appointment the day before and 2 men called approx. a hour before arriving punctually. They examined the entire house where the supplies and returns and ducts were located. They afterword explained in detail what the technique was being used to clean the ducts. Then they went about their business to clean the ducts, explaining what they were doing along the way. They finished after about 3 and a half hours. A plus is this service is that they accept personal checks including the fact they had a Angie's List member discount of 10%. Overall they did a excellent job in spite of the fact it began to rain toward the end of their stay.



Word of recommendation. If you intend to do home fixing as I've done I'd go about it this way. Do all scrapping and plastering and sanding first. THEN do the duct cleaning after. In my case I did the above plus painted everything and had my carpet cleaned before using this service. The 2 men had covers on their shoes whenever they entered the carpeted areas and they asked if they were necessary before entering the house to which I said yes please do use them. Very minor scuffing of the new paint, especially on corners rubbed by the air hose they use. But I was able to touch them up. They will make you initial on the receipt acknowledging any chipping and smudging can happen and stating they are not held liable if that happens.

I was called in advance of the teams arrival which was within the time range provided when I scheduled my appointment. Both techs wore shoe covers to protect my carpets and we walked through the house to inspect the location of all the vents/returns. They clearly explained what they were going to do, took before & after photos of the ducts. Since this is a recently purchased home, they showed me how to change my filters and the recommended frequency. They left my home tidy and were friendly and professional. 
I plan to have DRX Duct service my ducts on a regular basis and highly recommend this company.
