The filters haven't been quite as dirty when I have replace them so the impact of the cleaning seems to be positive.
They called before they got here, told me it would take about 20minutes, were done in that time, I asked them to show me the gunk that came out before they picked it up, when they were done they showed me the gunk just before they were going to bag it, they gave me the ability to take a picture of a hole in the dryer duct before they patched it with tin duct tape and everything was set.
One processed the credit card payment as the 2nd guy finished cleaning up and they were on their way without incident.
It was a very good experience and I plan on calling them again in 2 years to do the same job.

During the course of cleaning the returns, they pulled out at least 100 drywall screws. (looked like someone dumped a box in there during construction and never retrieved it).
The technicians were professional and left everything neat and clean. We are very pleased by the improved air quality. They also advised us that we should schedule out next cleaning in 3-5 years, not annually. Many companies tell you to do this as a scheme to make more money and/or cover the fact that they couldn't do a thorough job the first time.
