The only problem with Archer was that we were told when they gave us the quote that it would take 1 day to complete. It took three days.

never actually met the salesman eric Perez in person but he answered all questions returned calls in a timely fashion and the job was scheduled and done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. dealing with him was a welocme experience during a very stressful time.

Archer installed a new roof on my home and it leaked. They came as soon as possible to fix and resolved the leak. Because of the leak there was damage done to the inside of my house and I got an estimate to have it fixed by a contractor. I presented the estimate to Archer and was told it was too high and they did not discount their work by the total needed to make repairs to the damage they caused. So I was left to pay for some of the repairs. They also did not clean up their mess after they finished removing the old roof. I was cleaning up pieces of the roof for weeks after the job was done.

They explained everything well, how long it would take , etc. Then they did the work exactly as they said they would. Took only 2 and a half days and it was well done. The workers were very courteous. I highly recommend Archer Exteriors!

Archer Exteriors contacted me 9/3 concerning my review and after speaking with them I feel I need to clarify a few things. First, the work they did on my roof and gutters was excellent. It only took one day to install the roof. Apparently the way I wrote the last review indicated it took seven days to complete. The seven days was to complete the entire project. My biggest problem was with their customer service. After speaking with them today, they understood my concerns with their customer service and promised to work on this. I would hire them again should the need arise.

Appraisal scheduled for 7/25/13 at 10 am. Called at 9:45 to change to 11. Showed up at 11:30 with no follow-up stating would be late. I hired them. On 8/12/13 I called to find out what was going on - hadn't heard from any one since 7/25. They need to measure roof and take pictures, this was done 8/14. Roof to be installed next week (8/19-8/23) weather permitting. 8/19 & 8/20 nice days, no one working on roof, no calls, don't know if their coming out or not. 8/21 called to say would be here 8/23 between 7 & 8 am. Showed up at 8:30, again no call about being late. Job wasn't finished until 8/30.

I've had windows replaced in the past and in this business the hard sell by a rep. coming out is standard practice I do not like. With Archer, the appointment was made without ref. to my wife being here, the est., performed by a real worker, took 30 min., lowest est. given. The window technology was fine for this climate: U= 0.25. And Archer guarantees their workmanship and the windows for life. Installation of windows was great. Steve and his son, Brandon, took the work seriously. Steve is a perfectionist. After 2 days watching, I knew I didn't need to worry. Work was beyond satisfaction!!!

Job has not started yet, but was impressed with presentation and quality of roofing materials and guttering system that they are going to use. Also, only contractor out of four that actually put up a ladder and went onto roof.

I was very satisfied with the work completed on my home. It was done cleanly and quickly. I purchased the extra warranty from the manufacutre just in case something happened to the contractors. It just made me feel more confident since it was such a major purchase.

My new roof weathered Hurricane Sandy without any issues. Even the skylight (3) installations were done correctly. No water issues with the skylights during the hurricane.

My contacts were professional and respectfully answered my questions. I requested additional work in addition to the basic roofing job. It was a major correction to previous work done by someone else. I am very satisfied with the entire job. Finished roof is beautiful. Workers took special care not damage anything on my property. Upon completion of the job they removed all the debris.
