When the bed failed and completely fell apart in December of 2016, I asked them to refund the money spent. They refused, I asked for store credit, they refused, I asked for the bed to be replaced, they offered to have the parts delivered so I could fix the bed. More than 3 months after notifying them of the issue, we still do not have the parts and my son remains sleeping on the floor. This place is horrific. They open the store when it is convenient for them, they do not respond to messages, they have closed several stores and they have no level of professionalism. Gina in customer service is evasive and will not allow anyone to talk to management. The bed is useless to us as we do not feel comfortable any longer having a child sleep in the top bunk for fear it will fall apart again. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have responded to the complaint with lies and half truths. The parts were ordered (according to them) but they have not been able to produce the parts or schedule any level of service since we first purchased the bed. This place is horrific.
