I am satisfied with the service Lowe's provides and I will continue to shop at Lowe's.

They were not as professional as I thought them to be. I went to Lowes to ask their people to come out and install the fan for me. They said it would cost $125. The representative came out and wrote something up and turned it in. I had to go back to sign a contract. I thought it was ridiculous. That was a double trip for me. After installing the new fan they took the old fan away but I could have used those parts. They just packed it up and put it away. Before I realized they had taken the fan away. I wouldn?t recommend them. I had to do some cleaning up after the guy left. Their schedule was not flexible. I had to wait for them to call me. When I wanted them to come out they couldn?t come out. I had to take that day off. I kept my day open until I knew when they would come out. That was unfair. They didn?t tell me when they were coming out until the night before. I will not use them again because I don?t want to go back there and sign a contract. The electrician had to come back twice once to get the estimate and then to turn it in. Once I went in to sign the estimate and then to sign a contract for them to install the fan.

Found several ones that I bought, but did not have several basic items, so I had to go to another home improvement store where I'll keep going in the future).

Well done. Workers arrived on time, were courteous, cleaned up at the end of each day, made sure that we knew what was going on at all times, took good care of furniture and appliances that had to be moved to do the work. Would certainly recommend them.

I have used this company several time and they have always done an excellent job, this time as well. They are reliable and prompt. I would definitely recommend them.

It was worth paying for Lowes to come out and do all the measurements & the installation of the shades. They made it look very easy. I am very happy with the net result.
