Services we offer
Soft Washing - Top of the line soft washing equipment is used to gently apply a cleaning solution on the surface, algae. - Power Washing - used to clean concrete, and moss growth. After a few solid rain storms, black mildew, brick & pavers . Roof Cleaning: unique soft washing system is used to gently apply cleaning solution to roof shingles. This solution will immediately kill algae, given some time to work & then rinsed away using low pressure, grime, mold, salt & sand, similar to a garden hose. Safe on all siding materials to safely remove dirt, stone, your roof should look clean. Note: heavy moss growth on the roof shingles usually requires a longer period to clear up after the roof treatment due to the thick nature of moss and how it attaches itself to shingles.

"Hi [Members Name], The "Big Deal" you purchased, clearly stated $99 for driveway or sidewalk cleaning up to 1000sf. When we spoke on the phone you said your driveway is clean but you wanted me to wash your home for $99. I happily gave you a reduced price for a house wash and you turned that down insisting on not paying more than $99. For this reason, I mentioned you should contact the good people at Angies List and ask for a refund, they will take care of you. If you have not done so yet, please contact Angies List for a full refund I don't understand the "C" rating for services never rendered, especially since you mentioned you purchased the Big Deal with no intention of having your driveway or sidewalk cleaned??"
The work was performed promptly and carefully by Jim's team. I was very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend this company for friends and neighbors. I plan to use Jim's services again when the need arises.
One caveat: Softwashing is a very effective method for general cleaning, but there are some types of dirt that only powerwashing or good scrubbing is going to remove. I still had a few areas that needed a bit more attention because of some sticky substance splattered on it. I had already paid the bill, and with some tradesmen that ends the transaction as far as they are concerned, and you will never hear from them again if you have a complaint. Jim was not that way at all. He wanted me to be happy with the job, and came back and scrubbed the area 'til it sparkled. There were still a few areas that weren't restored to 'like new' condition, but that is due to the age of the siding rather than the fault of the cleaning job. As Jim likes to remind people, "It's a power wand, not a magic wand."
All in all, I recommend Jim and JC Soft Wash for their hard work and integrity. Plus, Jim is just a nice guy in general.
