Worked with Paul who came over and provided an estimate. Very pleasant and explained exactly what he would do. A very good price. His two workers were on time and very professional. They also explained every step that they would take. The Job came out great. I would recommend this company for any type of floor refinishing. Very happy with the results.

My house is almost 100 years old, and the floors were in bad shape. They did beautiful work, completing the first floor in one day and the second floor in another day. They had to patch some of the wood, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was referred to Paul, under the impression he was doing the work. He did not, showed up a few times but that was it. I left concerns daily for his 2 workers and some were addressed and never told to Paul. Flooring came out good. Several holes where put in the walls when taking off the molding it was my responsibility to fix per the worker. Spots in the floor that were suppose to be a repair upstairs that they did not repair and now I feel it when we walk in the bedroom. The repair they did in the living room they used molding to patch the floor after cutting it out. Railing Posts do not fully touch the base plate.. Alot of chips in the wood. Constantly left my front door wide open after telling them we have a wasp nest outside the AC is one we needed to keep the door closed. They did not listen at all. My dad complained to the owner when he came to get final payment and my dad expressed all concerns, he has not reached out to me ONCE TO FIX! I am so upset because I trusted him to work on my new home (first time home buyer). I had this work done the first week of July, and since then NOT ONCE has Paul reached out to contact me to fix the mistakes. I had 4 other people that I was going to refer him to and I will not do that now.

they sanded my floor to much now bends and is cracking

Paul and his crew did a remarkable job, floor were covered for 30 years previous owner painted them, I was convinced would have to go back to carpet or replace floors they came did work quick and it looks amazing. They did this during height of covid outbreak and were able to work around our schedule as my wife and I are considered essential workers

We had floors refinished in the living room and 3 bedrooms plus the landing area, and the results were spectacular. We had also requested that floor moldings be replaced in those rooms and Paul said that was no problem. (Another contractor quoted a higher price and would only do the refinishing work.) In addition, we replaced our balusters and had our stairs from the foyer to the living/dining area replaced. Jose and Armando are great mechanics--we should say, craftsmen. They show up on time, work diligently, and really care about every detail of the results. We would recommend Paul and company to anyone.

Excellent work and extremely responsive! They were able to swoop in after a previously hired contractor failed to come thru and without fail, he came through on his promise to install my new hardwood floors within my kitchen and in just two days! Highly recommend. I went and interviewed with 4 other contractors and this team was the best option.

The workmen were friendly, professional, worked neatly, and did beautiful work. My husband and I can t stop looking at the floors... they never looked so beautiful! Considering all the repair work that was required on our floors the price was more than fair! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
