At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home. We’ve learned a lot about home improvement over the years, but the most important thing we learned isn’t about window replacement. We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.

The first time they were suppose to show up did not never bothered to call to say they were not coming. Never finished the job missing weather stripping on windows still. Then demaned rest of money. On top of this caught installer smoking Mirjana in my garage do not hire these people.

Fantastic Job! I love my new windows and wonder why I didn't do it sooner. The installation team was very professional and completed my entire house replacement in one day!!! There were only a few tiny issues that were quickly resolved. I couldn't be happier with this project. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Window Nation!!!

Our old single pane wood windows (circa 1960) were deteriorating, some painted shut, and some that would not stay open. Window Nation did very clean work inside and out. Particularly happy with how nice the capping looks on the outside of the house. As far as I could tell all the appropriate precautions were taken given the possibility of old lead paint layers on the windows. There was a slight defect with one window that was identified by the installers before we even walked through their work at the end of the day. They had already filled out the necessary paperwork to get the issue addressed and had it ready for me to sign. I recognize that no project can be "perfect," and have had problems in the past with other contractors making good on similar issues, so I really appreciated that.

Without a hitch. Igor and his team were nothing short of fantastic the three days they were here doing the installation. I told them we will insist upon their services the next time we purchase from WN. In addition to being energy efficient and of superior quality, the new windows gave a much-needed facelift to our house. I highly recommend WN. Very friendly and professional to deal with from sales to installation.

Installation was above and beyond what was expected. New windows make my house look and feel more solid. Workers were kind and courteous. The sales person, Karl Fulton, was very knowledgeable about all the options and information that goes into selecting the right window. Would highly recommend this company for all your window needs. Fantastic. From the initial visit through installation, everything was professional. Window Nation presented all the information. Compared competitors and prices. Never once were derogatory towards their competitors, but on the contrary, offered praise where it was due. Hands down they gave the best price for a superior product. We had 5 contractors give estimates. Window Nation is local to where I live. They manufacture their products and guarantee them. They use local contractors for installation. The contractors were polite, efficient, professional, clean, considerate of my pets, and they never stopped until the job was done. Everything looks great and I am incredibly pleased!

The salesperson , Melissa came out to the house and did this theatrical show about the different kind of windows. The price was high but the wife wanted new windows and we needed them. So we agreed on a price and scheduled the installation . Well the windows were installed on November 21st and two of the windows were defective. The installers were nice and did a good job and cleaned up. So on December 23rd a window nation installer came out and said they needed to remake a part of one of the defective windows. Now we were told by the saleswoman that the windows were make specifically to their measurements of our windows so how is something make incorrectly. So I called the salesperson and she gave me the number to a different person to call if I have a problem with the windows. So as I type now it is February 2nd and my windows are still NOT FIXED but they are fast to take your money. The customer service is a total joke. No one gives you a straight answer and the sales woman actually blocked my number I believe. What a total unprofessional operation. I am a roofer and if I put a new roof on a house and it leaks then I go right out and see why it’s still leaking and I fix it. Not this company. I believe they keep on putting you off so maybe you will go away. I will call and call till I get theses windows fixed. My advise is to stay far away from this company and if you do bring them out to your house, don’t believe a word especially if it’s Melissa. We told her that window nations reviews on yelp were kind of bad and she said don’t believe them that is just people who like to complain. Well if you do a good job then people won’t complain. Again please look elsewhere for windows you’ll thank us.

The installation went well, workers were professional. But the quality of windows is poor. After a couple of weeks, half of them (double hung) won't close perfectly (top and bottom sashes won't come close enough and wind leaks in). Called services a couple of times and always told the service has been scheduled, but 72 hrs after my first call, no one followed up and no day was scheduled. Won't recommend them to anyone.

Ryan, our sales rep, was available every step of the way - not just during the sale, ensuring all our questions were answered and needs were met. Office staff even assisted with HOA documentation and approvals which can often be confusing. there were no surprises as can often happen with home improvement projects. the installers, Anthony, Jeremy and Eric, were so very nice, professional, and considerate. It was clear they were experts in removal and installation! the work area was kept clean and organized ongoing during the project. the project manager, Joe, visited to ensure we had no questions or concerns. A demonstration of the window function was provided at the end of installation. Honestly, this was the easiest home improvement project ever... it was seamless and almost like i blinked and had new windows!

This was a significant project for us and while it went well, we discovered after a few years (less than 5, so supposedly within the 5 year parts/labor warranty period) that one of the windows had not been sealed on the sides on the outside and water had been getting in, causing damage to the wood, stucco and mold. We only discovered this as part of a home inspection as we are selling our house. Even after repeated phone calls (I always have to call the main number as no one will give out contact information) and having several experts out to look at the issue and damage, I still don't have an answer. With less than a week to go to closing, how this is getting resolved is the only sticking point and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency from Window Nation nor will anyone put in writing that this was an installation error. Even though the windows themselves have been good, the service when there is an issue is terrible. I'm at my wits end trying to get an answer from them. Very, very disappointed after having spent $25k+.
