The owner who came to meet me was terrific. However, his worker didn't seem to know what he was suppose to do (install a new light in stair well to basement). I had to go over it with him. At one point he asked if he could take down a panel in the basement ceiling. I gave permission only after he assured me he would put it back as found. He did not and my ceiling looks terrible. Plus I stepped on a large screw he dropped, hurting my foot. Overall, I as disappointed .
