Majka Railing Co Inc

These guys are terrific.  Two brothers and the extended family took over the business from their Dad.  They manufacture as well as install railing. Both brothers and the office were a pleasure to deal with.  Nice people, know their stuff cold, and were wonderful about explaining our options.  I got three estimates - the one 'recommended' by our contractor quoted a ridiculously high price (I guess he thought he could ride coattails) and the second guy didn't seem very interested.  The Majka brothers were down to earth, clear, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.  Their advice was spot on and the rails are just beautiful. 

Everything turned out excellent.  The work was quite good.  It took a little while to get the project scheduled. They weren't as flexible as I would have liked but I was quite satisfied.

I had a very good experience with them.  They were on Angie's list; but I found them on a local phonebook.  They are the only one in the area who responded to me to all the people I have called.  They were the only one who was honest and direct with me.  They came and talked to my husband.  They gave me a complete description of what they were going to do.  We already had existing railings, but they no more make that kind of railings.  They told us what they were going to do and they gave us a little drawing with the style.  The measurements were given to my husband and it was exactly what we got.  They told us how long it would take.  They took about two months to finish the railings.  There was no problem in between and we just waited for two months.  They called us up and said that they are ready to be installed.  I wasn't even home the day they installed.  I came home that evening and the job was done.   They did a clean and beautiful job.  There was no mess.  There was nothing to clean and nothing to sweep.  They did a clean job.  The representative who came from the company was very thorough.  He was very patient because he came one day to talk to me about it.  He got me a little form a kind of write-up and then I called him back because the day he came my husband was sick.  I called him back and said my husband have some questions.  He said no problem and he came back to the house.  He was very friendly.  His name was Fred.  He was very patient with my husband because my husband is a very thorough man.  We gave him the deposit that day.  The railings we have now are stronger and steadier than we originally had.  They set it very well.  His price was excellent compare to few people I spoke over the phone.

I saw that several people had the maitenance free white railings on their houses. I inqired who did the work and in both cases Majka contractor did the work. I called them to come by and giv an estimate. The father showed up as he said he would promptly, took measurements and gave me a price. Once we agreed he told me his son would do installation. We agreed on a date, Majka was there when he promised and did the work in an effecient, professional and clean manner.

I called the company, they set up an appointment when owner would come out to measure and give estimate. He was professional and fair and arrived on time. When I agreed to job they told me someone would come at a specific time to do work. Owner's son (family business) arrived on time and completed work as promised. He was professional, friendly and neat.

They were very responsive when I called, and although I had to wait a few weeks cause they were a bit backed up, they did eventually come when promised and got the work done quickly and in a professional manner.

They were recommend by a friend. They were very gracious. They listened to what we wanted and what we had to say. They were on time and the workmanship was very nice.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN 2 HOURS. THE WORKMANSHIP LOOKS EXCELLENT AS WELL AS THE INSTALLATION. THE WORK AREA WAS LEFT NEAT AND CLEAN.

THE SALESMAN WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL. HE KNEW EXACTLY HOW I WANTED MY HOUSE TO LOOK WITH THE NEW RAILINGS AND THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AS PROMISED AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

I FEEL THAT THIS IS THE FINISHING TOUCH THAT MADE MY HOME THE 'BELL OF THE BLOCK'. EVERYONE COMMENTS ON HOW BEAUTIFUL THE RAILINGS ARE AND WANT TO KNOW WHO DID THEM. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP. THEY WERE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR MORE THAN THE BEST AND THEY ARE IT!

MAJKA WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THE RAILINGS TOOK ABOUT 8 WEEKS TO COME IN AND THEN ONE DAY TO INSTALL. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. MAJKA DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
