Great job and very professional. They arrived on time, did all the prep work to protect the lawn, removed and trimmed over 6-7 trees and cleaned the backyard as nothing happened. Excellent Job!

I called Elmwood Services to obtain a quote to remove four large trees. Javier, the owner, promptly arrived to give me a quote the same day I called. I hired them and requested the job be done as soon as possible. The next day I received a written quote for signature. The following day I received a phone call that they'd be arriving to do the job in one hour. They arrived as scheduled, did the job exactly as specified and promised and thoroughly cleaned up the property where they worked before leaving. I would definitely recommend Elmwood Services if you require tree removal(s). I will use them again if I have again have a need.

Excellent job by everyone involved. Highly skilled crew worked together very well. Punctual and fairly priced, and excellent clean up.

The crew arrived precisely at 8 a.m. as promised. The man who did the estimate came with the crew and had all the details of the job committed to memory and showed the crew what was to be done. They all acted as if the work was simple but the amount of skill needed to take out such a large tree in such a precarious location was enormous. The work took more than right hours. The crew was very professional and just went about their business. The tree parts were taken out of the yard largely by hand. A chipper truck located in our driveway turn our old ash into chips in a few seconds. I could not have been happier with the way Elmwood handled everything about this job from the estimate (Alex arrived within about an hour of our calling) to the removal of the trees to the clean up (perfect). (I saw Elmwood's ad in the latest Angie's List booklet.)

Elmwood Services was contracted by our neighbor to remove a 60 foot oak trunk left standing after a prior tree service cut the tree off at the crown.  Elmwood Services arrived with a crane to remove the tree, and without prior notice to us, or even our consent, they set up their crane support legs on our front lawn.  They then cut down our 35 foot maple tree along the property line without our consent, claiming the contracting neighbor had told them to do so.  When my wife confronted their work crew to cease and desist as they were attempting to cut down a second 30 foot maple tree inside our property line, their foreman was rude to her.  Not once did the tree service advise us in advance that they were going to cut any trees along the property line, or request our permission to place their crane upon our property.  Furthermore, they left their tools strewn about our front lawn and blocked our driveway entry with their vehicles.  It was only after my call to their main office and the police that they seemed to be willing to make amends for their error.  I find it unprofessional from a supposedly reputable tree service that I, as the property owner whose property was invaded and damaged, should have to make demands that they remove the remnant tree stump of the tree that they had mistakenly cut down and that they provide us with a replacement tree.  This should have been the first thing that they should have offered after their error was made known to them.  I would not recommend this tree service at all based upon their actions at the job site.

They came 30 min. before the appointment to set up the crane. I have a big pine tree that looks like a mangrove. One tree went down in less than 5 min. It was pulverize. They are quick, clean, organize, the price is right and most of all very respectful. I will definitely call them again. In fact my neighbor also used their services. Good people!

They were excellent and seemed very professional.  They were reasonably priced and I had recommended them to my friends and will continue to recommend them.  I like them a lot and will use the same in future.

OUR TREES LOOK REALLY GOOD, SO I CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING THAT ELMWOOD DOES FOR US. THEY PROVIDE A GOOD QUALITY SERVICE AT A REASONABLE RATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ALSO SHOW UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.
