I called several times and spoke to him twice. We could not schedule a date. He was supposed to call back with possible dates, and did not. I called and left a message to schedule and my call was not returned. I then called a local plumber who made and kept the appointment.

They were thoroughly professional. Were on time, and when we did not use our entire hour of service, asked if there was any other jobs we needed done. I would definately use them again.

I chose this plumber specifically because there was an Angie's list special coupon running for this company, 1 hour of plumbing service, and one the items listed on the coupon was for slow drains (which I assumed meant the repair of a slow drain). When the company contacted me to make the appointment, they said that the coupon was mistaken, and that it didn't cover slow drains...but that they would try there best to uphold what I purchased. When the repairmen came out, they confirmed that the drains were slow, but that it would be an additional cost for them to use a snake. There was a rental charge to have them use the equipment to snake the drain. So the coupon I purchased, didn't even cover half of the costs. I was disappointed with the experience. My drain is slow again, not even a month later. I got the feeling that this company had such a high rating because they are primarily a heating and cooling company, and perhaps a plumber secondarily, had I known that, I would have used a higher rated plumber, coupon or not.

When we agreed on a date and time for service, they were right on time and very professional.

It went well. They arrived on time & performed requested service.

During service check they found the pressure switch to be faulty.

Initially Mark came for the $49.00 coupon and reviewed what I wanted done. He unclogged two drains as well. He gave me a price for the job not by the hour. He said contcat him back when I get the materials I wanted like the toilets. I did and called him back so we set up an appointment for 9/14. We also spoke during that week to confirm it which I like. Showed up on time with another plumber at 9am on a Saturday and compleed the work in about 4.5 hours. They did a good job and cleaned up as well. The final cost was lighlty more due to some materials he used. I would use Mark at Tiger again. He said to call hi9m if there were any problems with what he did.

Mark called to let me know when he would be at house-arrived when he said. Very personable and explained what he had done.

Fantastic! They showed up 4 hours after I bought the coupon, and the old, leaky toilet was fixed in 20 minutes, and is holding up great! The only little complaint was what they charged for the repair-kit (at least when one compares with they charge at the Home Depot), But given the steal of a deal the coupon was and the swift and professional service, I am a very happy customer

They were originally supposed to come on Friday, but they called to tell us that the job they were at before us turned out to be a lot more complicated than they had anticipated, so we rescheduled for late Monday afternoon. They called on Monday to tell us that if it was convenient, they could get to us earlier in the day, which we appreciated. We had paid for this as an Angie's List special deal and believe we got more than our money's worth. We live in a townhouse style condo that was built in the late 1910's, so our plumbing is quite old. It would have been very easy for them to tell us that pipes would have to be replaced, but they were completely honest. There were only two parts which needed to be replaced. They replaced the parts, put in new washers (not easy with our setup) and repacked the hot and cold water handles. They actually stayed a bit longer than the one hour we had paid for, but didn't charge us extra. The only thing we paid for was the original deal ($49 for one hour) and $25 for the two parts. They explained everything as they worked so we could understand exactly what was going on. It was a pleasure working with them, and we were so impressed with their professionalism, we intend to use their company for regular maintenance service for our central AC system.

It went really well. It was a two-day job. It was a little more than I expected to pay, but the plumber did a really good job.

It was Sunday at around 7pm when i found out my sewage line was clogged for the second time in a month. After debating on what to do for several hours, i decided to go on Angie's List and research sewage cleaning services. I found this company and spoke to Mark. He was very helpful over the phone. I mentioned their coupon for $150 and after a quick conversation, he offered to honor the coupon even though it was last minute. I had an emergency and he realized that my issue required quick resolution. He was already working on a previous job and offered to come once completed. he kept his word and contacted me when he was done and came to our house at close to midnight (accompanied by his older brother). The guys found the house trap which was located to my surprise, in the laundry. They charged me a little extra to remove a sink i didn't feel like being bothered with. These guys took about 30-40 mins, got right to work. They were helpful and pleasant. They resolved my issue quickly and for that I'll always be grateful. No one is of much help on Sunday nights at almost midnight especially not at their honest and affordable rates. I hope i never see these guys again because if i do, that means we have a bigger problem :) If i ever need plumbing services for something i can't do on my own, these are my guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Mark was very responsive and actually accommodated my schedule. He advised me to schedule an appointment for the actual replacement of the part.

Marc clear a clogged sink drain. Mark showed up on time. Completed job above and beyond what we expected because he also went to my son's condo in the same area and put in a kitchen faucet and did not charge me extra. He worked in a very professional manor and I would recommend him to family or friends.

It was fine over all. He did not charge me much at all. I would have liked if we did not have the problem naymore. We still have the problem. Soon I will need another plumber's help.

I signed up for the special on the 9/9/2013 and would be contacted by 9/11/2013. I was not contacted on the (11th) as per the special. A week later I called them. That is how I got my appointment. They arrived on time and proceeded to look at my 3 year old furnace. All they did was drain the water out of the furnace. That was the special. I was under the impression that servicing a boiler consisted of draining the water and putting in a treatment. I thought that was standard boiler servicing procedure. Apparently I was mistaken. ( $49.00) was excessive for just draining out the water and how much of a service is that? If this company wants to run specials like this, they should let people know what the service will consist of. If I had known that was all I would get I would not have purchased the special. The servicemen were nice and very professional, but I gathered that they were looking for work. I inquired about other things that I could have done and I got a high price. I was not satisfied with the $49.00 special.

It couldn't have gone better. He was very professional, responsive, timely....and most importantly, honest. He explained the problem and corrected it quickly at a very reasonable rate. I would not hesitate t use this service again. Very pleased.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company telling me I was out of the service area. Even though I called and told them where I was which should have been within the required areas. They still would not come out for service. They lied in their response about not knowing the location before they asked what I waned done and I have the email to prove it. I can't say I appreciate being told how I SHOULD feel about what they do for their customers when all they did for me was give me a hard time and tell me how they would not come 20 minutes further for $49 because I was too far away. They said they knew I wouldn't call them in case of emergency because they were too far away so they did not see the point. Nice. If you like to argue, call them.
