Advanced Professional Plumbing Heating & Cooling

This plumber has a coupon on Angies list for $75.00 for a service call. I needed my dryer disconnected which I can do in about 5 minutes but the mover said it needs to be done by a licensed plumber. I called before purchasing the coupon and he told me that it would be $195.00 to disconnect the dryer. This involves taking a Wrench, removing the hose and closing the valve. He said this was outside the scope of a $75.00 service call. I am not sure what is within the scope of a $75.00 service call.

I needed to change a kitchen faucet for a tenant. Called Advanced as they have done work at the property about 1 year ago. Advanced was ready to go quickly and they accommodated my tenants schedule swiftly. On the day of work they came promptly according to schedule and completed the job well. No complaints from the tenants. Thanks Advanced!

Company was prompt and communicative. They called in the morning to confirm, and showed up promptly with the one hour range they had specified. The $75 service which I had purchased on Angie's List did not give me any type of discount, it was only $75 towards the total bill. So once you purchase this "deal", you are stuck using this company, and this is how they trap you. For 20 minutes worth of work, I was quoted $230. One job was a small adjustment on a leaky tub drain, and the other was replacing a sewer main cap. Literally 15 minutes worth of work. I was shocked when the plumber quoted me $230 for the work. But since I had purchased the service voucher, I was stuck having to use it. The guys were clean and quick, and I figured while they were here, I would have them quote me on a few other jobs I needed to have done in the basement. I spent some time explaining what I wanted to have done, and I was told my quote would be emailed to me in a couple of days. There has been no follow up email or communication. This doesn't sit well with me. They clearly overcharge and don't really need the business.

Saturday night is a lousy time to get a plumbing emergency. After calling several plumbers, the gentleman from Advanced called and said he would be here within the hour. He was on time and polite. He spent at least an hour here finding the source of the leak. He gave me a price and said his crew would return tomorrow (Sunday) and repair the leak. In order to do this we had to remove half a wall n my living room and entirely disassemble the vanity and toilet in my upstairs bathroom. This would also require removing many old tiles. The crew showed up on Sunday (a little late but it was a Sunday) and proceeded to find the leak and replace the necessary pipes. We had to let their walls dry out and their repairman returned one week later (as scheduled) to replace the drywall and tiles. They actually found some tiles that were almost the same as the original. On time, as quoted, neat and responsive. Great work

The provided plumber was turned away at the cost of 75$.

You know it was a mix bag the deal seems more just like a tell in a water but the guy came out and I am trying to think of what, which one is this regarding to because I used two plumbers the one [00:40] for my toilet the other one was for my sink the fellow had it drop and the drop, they really replace just the handle they didn't have to solder anything so I thought it was a little expensive and while he was here I asked him if he knew how to install a garbage disposal he, he the guy could not have been nicer but I had to come and help him install the garbage disposal and once he was done he showed me how to work it I had to plug it into the wall you know down the kitchen he never took the time to explain to me a head of time that a he couldn't do the electrical I mean when someone tells you they are going to install a garbage disposal you assume they could do the electrical and his response was well I am not a electrician so if you are only going to do part of the job you need to explain that[01:29] you don't say oh sure I can do that and then later on you just leave it half done you know, they gave me a discount because the guy didn't tell me they didn't they weren't going to install all the way but still and all to just undo the sink he couldn't figure out how to get the disposal to lock on, I am the one who had google it on youtube and showed him how to do it and again the guy could not have been nicer I don't think this was anything with intent but they should really tell you hey I have never done one of these and I can't do the electrical I would have never used him.

I already trusted this company after work they did to restore my house's sewer line only a few weeks earlier. After calling the company, repairmen were on site in less than two hours, allowing me to guide the repairs before I had to go to work. The repairmen were somewhat taken aback by the antiquated plumbing of the house but nonetheless recommended a thorough replacement of the pipes rather than piecemeal repairs of just the frozen sections. Over eight hours, two repairmen worked tirelessly to replace the pipes, cutting away drywall where necessary and even bringing space heaters to keep the frigid basement warm to prevent further damage. They remained in contact with me after I had to leave for a busy shift at my restaurant job. They methodically tested the new piping for functionality before restoring water to the house and followed up the next day to ensure that there were no more leaks. Advanced Professional's management allowed me to delay full payment for the job until my homeowner's insurance claim was processed and they have talked several times to the adjuster on my behalf. This is my second job with Advanced Professional and I am already contracting them for new work!

I asked him to check up a few thing, he just talk without doing anything.

Had a little flood in the basement while doing laundry. Called at 8:15 AM on Saturday morning, and someone came by 9:30 AM. Turned out it was just a clog, but they are always so quick to respond and very helpful. We called them a few weeks ago when it was freezing cold out, and we had no heat. They also came out very quickly and got us up and running with the heat. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!

From scheduling to job completion, Advanced Professional was easy to work with. The plumber showed up on schedule and dressed cleanly with a workshirt on emblazoned with their company logo. He quickly assessed how he would complete the job and went to work. He got it done in under an hour and left my place tidy.

Repairs were done quickly and to my satisfaction. However, I do feel that the cost was on the high side for these simple repairs. Be prepred to pay cash or check as they add a % if you pay by credit card. Will use them again but will get second opinion due to cost.

We contacted the provider and made an appointment for Friday afternoon at 2. The woman I spoke with told me there was a two hour window and that they would be at our house between 2-4. I left work early and waited until 5:00. Nobody came and there were no phone calls explaining why.

We called nearly a dozen plumbers to fix our broken sewer line. About half thought the job too big, the other half would promise to show up but never did. Advanced Professional Plumbing were the only ones to show up. We replaced our old clay sewer pipes from inside the house to the curb. They answered all of our questions quickly by phone or email. They completed the job quickly, in 2 days. It would have been a day had we decided sooner how much we wanted to replace. On the second day it rained and they worked outside in the rain knee deep in mud so they could finish that day and we wouldn't have to spend another night in a hotel. Quality, speed, professionalism, and cleanliness what more could you want from someone working on your house.

They came on time were very professional I told them my toilet was not flushing properly they put a new system to flush and make the water come faster and they snaked my toilet. My toilet is working just fine and I would use these plumbers if I had another problem.

Kevin was very professional, knowledgable and worked in a timely manner. He was able to come out during the beginning of the Jonas storm. We will definitely use Advanced Professional Plumbing again and tell our family and friends. Thank you for your great service?

From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the job. I was contacted promptly when I made the appointment and was given my time preference for the service call. While I was home waiting, I received a call from the Advanced Professional Plumbing and Heating office to advise me that the men were about 30 minutes away. This was great. You know how hard it is to wait and not know if they're on their way or not. The person I spoke to was very polite and took down all the information of how to gain access to my building, which has a difficult intercom system. Once the plumber came in I showed him what I wanted done and he was back in a matter of minutes with his toolbox to do the job. He worked quickly, neatly and quietly. When he was done he had me come to look to make sure that I was satisfied. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was very professional and friendly. I received a call the next morning to find out if I was satisfied with the work. I absolutely was and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and other people searching for a plumber on Angie's List. I would also use them again. This was a great stress-free way to get things fixed.

I contacted the company because my furnace was not operating properly. It would consistently shut off when it was supposed to be running. I spoke to someone and I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. The technician arrived during the schedule appointment time and was able to fixed my issue immediately. He worked fast and efficiently and was also very knowledgeable and able to explain to me why I was having the issue.

How's this for guaranteed quality of service. Plumber wrote on invoice "Not responsible for leaks or damage."

They came right away and fixed several problems with the furnace. They installed a heater for the condensation drain trap and did really nice work. I'd recommend Advanced Professional to anyone! One problem I've had with other HVAC companies is the caliber of a technician they send out for someone who's never used them before. This wasn't the case here: the person they sent the first time was the guy who ended up fixing all the problems; he was very knowledgeable and got the job done. The total price for the work was fair considering the number of parts that needed to be replaced, and the extent to which things were messed up when they arrived.

Sam and Adam were dispatched. They arrived earlier than the 4 hour window initially given- which was great. And tHey called before arriving to advise they would arriving in twenty minutes. They snaked the drain- carefully laying out blanket to protect the floor. The snaking required further distance than initially thought. Once snaked the video was used to confirm what was expected- that tree roots are the culprit. They explained the impacts and recommendation to replace the pipe along with what is entailed in a job of this size I found them both very polite , attentive and knowledgeable. Next steps: Advanced will provide a detailed quote for replacement of the drain pipe

What a god send. Sam and Adam came within an hour and quickly identified the source of the leak as being a clogged toilet . They snaked the toilet, replaced the flow valve and helped clean up the mess. Fair price, great work and nice guys!

We first had Advanced Professional Plumbing & Heating in for a water heater replacement which went great. Spoke with Dave about wanting to remodel our bathroom. He took a look and right on the spot showed us what we could do with a remodel to give us more room. We decided to move forward and have Dave do the work. Dave and his crew came in and did the demolition in one day. After waiting for the permits the rest of the work was done fast. Dave and his guys worked two weekends to get this completed before Christmas for us as we were having relatives stay over and needed the bathroom completed. Dave took care of any concerns I had or changes I wanted made. As Dave told me he makes sure the job is done as if it was for his house. I would use APP&H again.

The circulator pump on my furnace broke yesterday on Saturday afternoon, and I needed emergency service due to freezing January temperatures. I called several companies, and decided to go with this company because the person who picked up the phone seemed very knowledgeable and was able to send a technician the very next morning (Sunday). The technician just completed the job. Everything went very smoothly. He was very courteous, didn't try to up-sell, had the necessary parts with him, completed the job promptly, and even explained how the part operates within the whole system. After being burned by other plumbing/heating companies in the past, I am very impressed with this company. I'll definitely use them in the future.
