Silver Lining Home Improvements, LLC

The contractor completed the job in November 2021. In November 2024, we decided to sell our home. A prospective buyer had a home inspector complete an inspection on the roof. The inspection report resulted in multiple issues on the roof. I attempted to contact Silver Linings Home Improvement LLC to get them to honor their 30 year warranty and transfer the roof warranty to the buyer. However, I have received no response from Silver Linings Home Improvement LLC.

They provided me a quote for my paver repairs / replacement, cleaning, sealing and coating. The service was completed in the time discussed, and the price was reasonable. The reason for my five stars is that I did not have to follow up with their team. I knew the service I was getting, timeline and price. The work was completed and I am satisfied with the work provided.

They were very knowledgeable, in time, and very professional. He even found 6 with my furnace and helped me out. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again.

David and his team were excellent. Had the chimney cleaned. No mess left behind.

We used Silver Lining to fix a drainage issue with a flat portion of our roof and also to fix the soffits around that area as well. Working with David and Lisa was easy and pleasant. We got a number of bids for this job and their price was very good. It has rained a few times since they have added a downspout, and the roof is draining much better now. Overall, we are happy with the job done and will consider using the company again for future projects.

We discussed the project with 6 providers before we decide to hire Silver Lining. Their proposed renovation and pricing compared to the others happened to be the best. The project was completed on May 11th. and we are extremely delighted to have chosen Silver Lining in which we found an exemplary quality service, promptitude and reliability. Employees showed up on time in the morning and left the work area safe and clean upon their departure. Also, David, our personal contact proved himself worthy of our trust when he caught a missing vinyl and promised to repair even prior the existence of the contract. We considered his word at the end of the project as a proof of his credibility in terms of customer satisfaction. Therefore, based on our experience, we can in good faith, endorse the quality of products and services provided by silver Lining to potential clients.

I actually only needed a roof cleaning to get rid of the moss and algae issues we were having on our roof. However they have me such amazing pricing for the entire house, gutters and garage!!! That I hired them to do it all. Not only did they do an amazing job my house looks completely new. I highly recommended them!
