JOHN E HERBST HEATING-COOLING

The initial service was prompt and professional, and they made attempts to keep my unit running during the heat wave we had in August.  However, they found three major leaks in the cooling coils that could not be repaired.  Despite the heat wave they found a way to locate and install new equipment and had our home cooled again in less than 10 days, including delivery of our new 3-1/2 ton unit.
They took care of all permit applications, removed and disposed of all the old equipment, and everything was cleaner when they left compared to when they first started.
They were very happy to explain everything that was being done, and they outlined all the operations as described in the manuals.  
In the middle of all this, we needed to have the air conditioning back up and running sooner than we discussed because a family member was going in for a medical procedure and would need to rest back at home.  John Herbst made sure that everything was completed well before we really needed it.  That was very much appreciated.
