They took shortcuts and didn't do my repair properly. Guaranteed their work but when you reach out to them they ignore you. They were prompt until I wrote them a check.

They arrived 15 minutes earlier. They took pictures of all the problems that needed attention. All the problems were addressed and it look pretty good from the ground level. I'll get on the roof when the temperature gets warmer. These guy work out side in 12 degree weather but the sun was out. They work on two chimneys and two different peaks of roof. I hope I don't get anymore water in the house. I paired 2,100 dollars for all the repairs. Thanks once again.

The first appt I had they called towards the end of the time window to tell me they were running late and they never showed up or called me even in the next 2 days.

The company was out the same day. Two men came out and fixed the issue within 30-45 mins. They were fast and thorough and pleasant to deal with. I spent a very small portion of what I was quoted from another chimney co. I was very pleased with Shamrock Chimney

This company addresses correcting your chimney issue by offering fair options. Their pricing for the work was outstanding; other contractors wanted to charge me for work that was not necessary to resolve the issue. I interviewed 5 companies before choosing this one; very pleased A+ !

They were both gentlemen. They arrived on time and worked quickly.

Rained the next day, repair never dried, dripped downsides of the chimney. They applied the crown sealer with their bare hands, no gloves, brushes or trowels. Keep an eye on both workers at all times. All I know is that Chimney still has the same leak (started Leaking again today 1/24/2019), I am out 300 dollars, crown sealer washed off the next day and has run down sides of chimney, workers made a big mess, caught one of the workers in my garage, there is no chimney in my garage! Awaiting refund check, as promised, so I can hire another company. Update; remove or change review or no refund. Do Not Hire

They were fast and when I was quoted a price on the phone I asked them if they honor their coupon which that were happy to do they also did a thorough check of the chimney and advised as what we should be doing next but with no pressure I highly recommend and I will be sure to use them again

Shamrock seems like a good company, however, while we did agree to the work to be done, what we paid and what we got were definitely not on par.

Arrived on time, were knowledgeable and professional. definitely would recommend to others.

They had some scheduling issues of not showing up within their service times but they did eventually show up and complete the work. I would recommend to the company when they are not going to make their time slot to call the customer, which they did not. I had to initiate the call on two occasions when they did not arrive as scheduled. The service techs were very professional and did a great job not leaving any mess.

Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem quickly and gave options. Friendly and would definitely hire again!
