The woman who took my call was very nice. She explained to me how they were going to clean the rugs. They helped me move everything to get to the rugs and helped me move it back. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

They are very reasonably priced. They charge by square footage. They don't use chemicals and the cleaner they use will not cause allergies from the aroma. They gave me a 20% off discount.

It was excellent. They were on time and we had no problems. They have a very pleasant work-force. They held the carpet for us while we did repairs to the room and they said to just give them a call a few days before we needed it and they would deliver it. The pricing was competitive and the selection was good. The sales force was very knowledgeable even helping us pick the color for the room.

Karastan was on sale in May. I went in and gave them a deposit to hold my carpeting so I would get the sale price. I picked out carpeting and they held it until September when they installed it. They were very nice. They came when they said. Afterwards I called back because there was a small area that needs to be kicked out and they have already made an appointment to come out October 1. No problems. My mother has bought from G Fried for years and years. I went from store to store and he was the cheapest of all the prices. They were nice people to deal with.

THERE WERE CHEAPER COMPANIES OUT THERE, BUT I DOUBT THE QUALITY OF WORK WOULD HAVE BEEN NEAR AS GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
